Impeachment trial of President Trump | Jan. 27, 2020 (FULL LIVE STREAM)
The House managers wrapped up their arguments against President Trump on Jan. 24. Trump’s team, including lawyers Pat Cipollone and Jay Sekulow, now has 24 hours to present their case. After Trump’s lawyers conclude their presentation, senators will have an opportunity to submit questions to both sides in writing. Following that, debate will turn to whether to call witnesses and subpoena documents.
Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives in December for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Impeachment does not mean that the president has been removed from office. In the next phase, the Senate must hold a trial to make that determination. A Senate impeachment trial has happened only two other times in American history and once in the modern era. At the center of the Democrats’ case is that Trump sought to withhold military assistance and an Oval Office meeting until Ukraine announced investigations into former vice president Joe Biden and his son.

Pilot Suspended for Being Seen Naked From Hotel Room
A United Airlines pilot who was arrested for indecent exposure in his hotel room insists he did not realize anyone could see him as he walked around nude. Passengers waiting in the Denver International Airport saw Andrew Collins, who's worked for the airline for 22 years, standing naked in the window of his 10th-floor hotel room. Bodycam video shows the moment authorities arrested him and searched his room during the incident on Sept. 20, 2018.
Protests, vigils around US decry white supremacist rally
Protesters decrying hatred and racism converged around the country, saying they felt compelled to counteract the white supremacist rally that spiraled into deadly violence in Virginia.
The gatherings Sunday spanned from anti-fascist protests in San Francisco to a march to President Donald Trump's home in New York.
Some focused on showing support for the people whom white supremacists condemn. Other demonstrations were pushing for the removal of Confederate monuments, the issue that initially prompted white nationalists to gather in anger this weekend in Charlottesville, Virginia. Still other gatherings aimed to denounce fascism and a presidential administration that organizers feel has empowered white supremacists.
People need to wake up, recognize that and resist it as fearlessly as it needs to be done, said Carl Dix, a leader of the Refuse Fascism group organizing demonstrations in New York, San Francisco and other cities. This can't be allowed to fester and to grow because we've seen what happened in the past when that was allowed.
It has to be confronted, said Dix, a New Yorker who spoke by phone from Charlottesville on Sunday afternoon. He had gone there to witness and deplore the white nationalist rally on Saturday that spiraled into bloodshed.
In Seattle, a rally previously planned for Sunday by the conservative pro-Trump group known as Patriot Prayer drew hundreds of counter protesters. Police arrested three men and confiscated weapons as Trump supporters and counter-protesters converged downtown.
A barricade separated the two groups as police officers stood by dressed in riot gear. Police said they used pepper spray and blast balls to disperse crowds after fireworks were thrown at officers. In a statement, police said they observed some people in the counter protest carrying axe handles and two-by fours as they infiltrated the hundreds of peaceful demonstrators.
In Denver, several hundred demonstrators gathered beneath a statue of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. in City Park and marched about 2 miles (3.22 kilometers) to the state Capitol. In Fort Collins, Colorado, marchers chanted Everyone is welcome here. No hate, no fear. One demonstrator's sign said, Make racists ashamed again.
In New York, protesters marched from several locations in Manhattan to Trump Tower, demanding the president denounce white nationalist groups involved in the violent confrontations in Charlottesville. One sign read: Call out evil.
Helen Rubenstein, 62, was among hundreds of people who marched through downtown Los Angeles. She said her parents were Holocaust survivors, and she's worried that extremist views were becoming normal under Trump's presidency.
I blame Donald Trump 100 percent because he emboldened all these people to incite hate, and they are now promoting violence and killing, Rubenstein said.
Charlottesville descended into violence Saturday after neo-Nazis, skinheads, Ku Klux Klan members and other white nationalists gathered to take America back and oppose plans to remove a Confederate statue in the Virginia college town, and hundreds of other people came to protest the rally. The groups clashed in street brawls, with hundreds of people throwing punches, hurling water bottles and beating each other with sticks and shields.
Eventually, a car rammed into a peaceful crowd of anti-white-nationalist protesters, killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer. A Virginia State Police helicopter deployed in a large-scale response to the violence then crashed into the woods outside of town. Both troopers on board died.
A crowd gathered on the street where the crash happened for a vigil Sunday evening. They sang Amazing Grace and prayed around piles of flowers that mark the spot where Heyer was killed.
Prominent white nationalist Richard Spencer, who attended the rally, denied all responsibility for the violence. He blamed the counter-protesters and police.
Trump condemned what he called an egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides, a statement that Democrats and some of the president's fellow Republicans saw as equivocating about who was to blame. The White House later added that the condemnation includes white Supremacists, KKK, neo-Nazi and all extremist groups.
Some of the white nationalists at Saturday's rally cited Trump's victory, after a campaign of racially charged rhetoric, as validation for their beliefs. Some of the people protesting Sunday also point to the president and his campaign, saying they gave license to racist hatred that built into what happened in Charlottesville.
For those who questioned whether 'oh, don't call it fascism' ... this should resolve those issues, Reiko Redmonde, an organizer of a Refuse Fascism protest planned in San Francisco, said by phone. People need to get out in the streets to protest, in a determined way.

Does comedian Josh Blue treat his cerebral palsy with medical weed? Yes — well, kind of
When asked if medical marijuana helps ease symptoms of his cerebral palsy, Denver-based comedian Josh Blue delivers a punchline.
“People ask me if (marijuana) makes me feel better,” he says. “It actually makes me feel worse. I just like getting high.”
Blue, who won the fourth season of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” reality show, is mostly joking, he tells Cannabist editor-in-chief Ricardo Baca during a visit to The Cannabist Show.
“The way I look at weed is it doesn’t necessarily make me feel better when I smoke, it just makes me forget that there’s anything wrong and then I’m less afraid to just go do whatever I want to do,” he says.
As Baca notes the recent passing of Jack Splitt, a teenager with cerebral palsy who went before the state legislature to change medical marijuana laws, Blue says the advancement and availability of cannabidiol and other cannabinoids have been positive for him. CBDs have helped relax the intense muscle tension and twitches associated with the congenital disorder, he says.

Lyrics:
Yeah, it’s really, really weird to want the whole world to love you
I think it’s pretty bad for my life and relationships
Sometimes I walk into public and instantly think that the public doesn’t like me shit
I don’t really know what I want but I do know that I want a little more
Of your attention, your love, please look me in the eyes while I try to make you (*beep*)
Two DUI’s, 7000 for the state if I don’t blow up then I’m going back for minimum-wage
So just smile, yo please smile, look me in the eyes, hold it for a while
It’s really, really weird to want the whole world to love you
Kill all the pop stars, replace them with wholesome adults
And I’m getting better at being better and being nice to my friends or whatever
It’s really, really weird to have the whole world judge you
Justin Bieber never even got a fair fucking shake
If you buy your mom a house when you’re 13, you’re going to be fucked up mentally, ya know
I’m really, really sorry that nobody understands
And that we treat you like that
I’m really, really sorry that nobody understands
And we’re all really mean and dumb and dumb to you
And we shouldn’t be following you around all the time
That’s pretty fucked up, dude
And I just want to say too that none of these dudes even understand, neither me too
You are so fuckin’ wrong, Frank
Not what about wanting people to love you and then they do and then they judge you and then your whole life falls apart
But you are wrong about Justin Bieber
It’s really, really weird to live your whole life on TV
When I was eating Frosted Flakes
You were fucking singing great
You made a song and my mom even loved it
I made a song and everybody said, “Fuck it”
It’s really, really weird to throw an egg at your neighbor
I threw rocks and no one even cared
You were on the front page of TMZ
I would walk home and just go to sleep
It’s really, really weird and I’m tired of trying
Really, really hard to get the whole world to like me
It’s kinda fucked up been crying lately
I wanna wipe the tears with that Grammy, baby
It’s really, really weird but I really respect you
For not strangling all the press that press you
I would go insane and just stay in my bedroom
We’re gonna show up to your house and protect you
I’m really, really sorry that nobody understands
And we’re all really mean and dumb and dumb to you
And we shouldn’t be following you around all the time
That’s pretty fucked up, dude
And I just want to say too that none of these dudes even understand, neither me too
My friends are counting on me and I hope that they’re right
That I could really help them with the rest of their life
I’m not sure if they should see me as the guy that I am
Just that indecisive kid who really wants to be friends
My family’s counting on me and I’m glad that they are
Because I can help them keep all their houses and cars
I came a long way from sleeping in my car by the park
And taking fucking shits in the field in the dark
But when the lights turn off
Will I still feel the same as I used to
I think you said
You wished that none of this ever happened
And I don’t blame you
You’ll always leave a hole in my heart
And memories in my mind to discover
All the dreams we had
Will never be over

Watch How Police Caught Chris Watts, Family Murderer, With Body Language - Police Body Cameras
Witness the exact moments when police knew Chris Watts was guilty in his family’s disappearance and the eventual found murder of his pregnant wife (Shanann) and two young daughters (Bella and Celeste). We’re going to analyze Chris’s body language from police body cameras to show you when police knew he did it.
Chris Watts is the Frederick (northern Colorado) man who eventually admitted to murdering his pregnant wife (Shanann Watts, pregnant with Nico Lee Watts) and two young daughters (Bella Watts and Celeste Watts) on the morning of August 13, 2018. Early that morning, Chris Watts covered up the scene of his crime by loading his deceased pregnant wife and two young daughters into the back seat of his work truck, which took him about 50 minutes.
His pregnant wife, Shanann, was found buried in a shallow grave in an eastern Colorado oil field (CERVI 319) where Chris worked and the bodies of his two little girls were found dumped in oil tanks. I live just 40 minutes south of where all this happened, so this case literally hits close to home.
At first Chris Watts claimed his family was just missing and that’s where we’re going to start in this video. We’re going to watch through police body cameras how this first day unfolded and I’ll point out Chris’s body language which caused police to really suspect he was guilty. Since cameras are now everywhere with doorbell cameras, police body cameras, and cell phone cameras, it’s shocking to witness first-hand how everything unfolded and then unraveled quickly for Chris that first day.
In the comments: What do you think Chris Watts was thinking about when he was watching his neighbor's security camera footage?
Give this video a thumbs up so I know you liked it and I’ll do a follow up video on the FBI’s interrogation tactics used on Chris Watts, which got him to finally confess.
Subscribe for more body language and investigative videos.

Divine Science: New Light Upon Old Truths by Fannie B. James

The Church of Divine Science is a religious movement within the wider New Thought movement. The group was formalized in San Francisco in the 1880s under Malinda Cramer. Divine Science defines itself as an organized teaching pertaining to God and the manifestation of God in Creation. It holds that its foundation truth is that limitless Being, God, is Good, is equally present everywhere, and is the All of everything. It defines God as pure Spirit, absolute, changeless, eternal, manifesting in and as all Creation, yet also transcending Creation and that evil is therefore neither necessary nor permanent and has no reality within itself, but has existence only so long as human beings support it by believing in it.
Like other New Thought churches, Divine Science considers healing very important, and emulates the work of Jesus Christ, who in the New Testament cures many people. The Denver Church's founder, Nona Brooks, stated, The whole of Divine Science is the practice of the Presence of God. Truth comes through the Bible, Affirmative prayer, contemplation and meditation and the practice of the presence of God here and now.

Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford full testimonies before the Senate Judiciary Committee
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault when they were teenagers, both testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday. Ford said during her testimony that she was 100 percent sure that Kavanaugh assaulted her, while Kavanaugh said that he was 100 percent sure he had not done anything of the kind. The differences are irreconcilable.
After the full day of dramatic testimony, Kavanaugh's supporters in the Senate were largely ready to move forward with his confirmation vote, though a few key senators remained undecided Thursday night as his confirmation hangs in the balance. The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation Friday.
