Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage was opened in 1903 and served as the third stock exchange building in Amsterdam. Berlage designed the building with the vision of it being a public palace, a 'Palazzo Pubblico'. His vision was put in motion back in 1985, when the Beurs van Berlage really became a public place.

Formerly the Stock Exchange and now a conference center, museum and concert hall, the Beurs van Berlage building, located at Damrak, between Central Station and Dam-square, was built between 1898 and 1903 by Hendrik Petrus Berlage.

Intimate Audrey tentoonstelling in de Beurs van Berlage Amsterdam
Intimate Audrey is een bijzondere expositie over het leven van Audrey Hepburn. Haar zoon, Sean Hepburn Ferrer, organiseerde de tentoonstelling ter ere van de 90e geboortedag van zijn moeder.
De focus van de tentoonstelling, die grotendeels uit niet eerder gepubliceerde foto’s bestaat, ligt volledig op de vrouw en niet op het icoon. De vrouw achter de legende keert terug naar huis.
De expositie is verspreid over 600 vierkante meter in de noordelijke expositiezaal van de Beurs van Berlage en bevat honderden originele en opnieuw afgedrukte foto’s, een beperkte collectie memorabilia, jurken en accessoires en haar nooit eerder tentoongestelde modetekeningen en humanitaire geschriften. In een reeks indrukwekkende video’s worden de verschillende hoofdstukken van haar leven belicht.
Beurs van Berlage 50 jaar (1953)
Op 27 mei 1903 verricht koningin Wilhelmina de officiële opening van het nieuwe beursgebouw ontworpen door de architect Berlage, oorspronkelijk Koopmansbeurs geheten. 1953: de beurs bestaat 50 jaar. In Amsterdam wordt een oud gebruik in ere hersteld: eenmaal per jaar mag de jeugd trommelen in de Koopmansbeurs. Op uitnodiging van burgemeester A.J. d'Ailly marcheert een aantal tamboers- en pijperskorpsen de Beurs binnen en laat zich, op de vloer van de beurs, horen om daarna weer naar buiten te trekken en door de straten af te marcheren.

Beurs van Berlage Amsterdam
Designed by Hendrik van Berlage, this structure originally housed Amsterdam's Stock Exchange. Illustrating the shift from 19th to 20th-century architecture, the substantial building makes evident its methods of construction, even utilizing them as decoration. Berlage, in fact, was an aesthetic contemporary of Louis Sullivan and Frank Lloyd Wright. These days, the building is employed as a conference center and also features gallery space. If you opt for a climb to the top of the structure's tower, you'll be rewarded with fabulous city views. The Beurs van Berlage is located in the middle of the city center and a perfect start of a day exploring Amsterdam.

Actieweek tegen racisme van Nederland Bekent Kleur (NBK) in 1996 en 1997. Project voor scholieren, demonstratie tegen de Koppelingswet en de Beurs van Kleurrijk Nederland in de Beurs van Berlage. Met o.a. Joris Wijnhoven (NBK), Abdou Menebhi (NBK), Johan Stekelenburg ( FNV ), Mellouki Cadat (NBK) en minister Hans Dijkstal (BiZa) en burgemeester Patijn van Amsterdam.

Dutch Trombone Ensemble - Concert 15 april - Beurs van Berlage (Amsterdam)
Op 15 april 2012 zal het Dutch Trombone Ensemble haar eerste concert geven in de Beurs van Berlage te Amsterdam.
Het Dutch Trombone Ensemble is een zeer jong ensemble (opgericht in december 2011) bestaande uit tien talentvolle en ambitieuze trombonisten in de leeftijd van 19 tot 24 jaar. Zij zijn allen studenten uit de befaamde tromboneklas van het Conservatorium van Amsterdam, waar zij les krijgen van Jörgen van Rijen, Pierre Volders, Remko de Jager, Ivan Meijlemans en Ben van Dijk.
