Bogus Basin X Snowboy Productions: BARREL-y An Event 2019
Equipt with almost 20 plastic 55-gallon barrels, Snowboy Productions and Bogus Basin Terrain Parks together built a one of a kind park set up. From Firecrackers down the barrel stairs after the rainbow box to the long jump, everyone was hyped and ripping! With representation from multiple states, the local riders and distant travels pulled out every trick in their trick book as they navigated the set-up. Julian Gluck decided he was goofy instead of regular for the day, lacing almost every trick switch - Including taking the long barrel long jump record. He blew the minds of all with his switch ollie over 17 barrels! To say this event was BARREL-y and event would be an understatement. Big shout out to the sponsor's of the event, Dinosaurs Will Die Snowboards, DieCutStickers.com, Snowboy Productions, Bogus Basin, and Bogus Basin Terrain Parks

Gateway Parks - Urban Terrain Park in Boise, Idaho
Gateway Parks creates affordable opportunities for kids of all ages to enjoy terrain park fun and tubing everyday, not just on weekends or holidays. Mom and dad can join in on the fun or get their errands done while their kids are out playing in the snow. That is what Gateway Parks is all about. Good family fun!
We are a community-oriented company that gives back to the local communities that host our parks. A portion of each Gateway Park’s revenue is returned to the community to further strengthen the local recreational programs. In addition, Gateway partners with community organizations that share the common goal of making snow sports accessible to kids from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
What we offer is a win-win for all parties involved. Gateway Parks provides all the equipment and employees needed to run the park, and we work with the local Parks & Recreational Department to coordinate marketing efforts. Park resources, such as ball fields and golf courses, that otherwise would be unused during the winter months are transformed into a winter playground, allowing the local community to enjoy the parks year-round. Additionally a percentage of revenue from the parks is shared with the state.
How do we determine which communities we are going to build a park? It is simple. We receive requests from local Parks and Recreational Departments to open a park in their area. Our team visits the location site, establishes feasibility, and then works with local officials to get a plan underway. If you are interested in bringing a Gateway Park to your community, contact your Parks and Recreational Department and let them know about what we offer. You can also fill out the following inquiry form and we can do the leg work for you

South Fork of the Boise River | Camping, Rafting, Hiking (Vlog)
The South Fork of the Boise River near Anderson Ranch Dam is the first adventure trip I ever did as a kid and I still do it to this day with family and friends. It's a great introduction too outdoor adventure and makes for a great weekend trip for Boise residents. Or a great family vacation for out of towner's. This trip reminded me of all the questions I had when I first did it at the age of 9. Things that are second hand knowledge to me now like what to wear and where to go to the bathroom out there. So in this video I'll give you a good amount of information about river camping so even the biggest city slicker can get started planning their trip. We go rafting, pitch our hammocks, and find a hidden waterfall on a day hike near camp. No Chad for this one, this is all me.

Stack Rock | Ridge to Rivers | Boise Idaho
Stack Rock, Rocks! My buddy Chad and I had a great time running out to the iconic Stack Rock in Boise Idaho! The trail (Freddy’s Stack Rock Loop) starts around mile marker 13 on Bogus Basin Road. There is a little pullout area with room for about 10 cars. The loop is around 9.8 miles total with around 1,500 ft of elevation gain. I would rate it as moderate/hard because of the distance and elevation gain. It’s an enjoyable run because of the trees and cooler temps up the mountain! Check it out!!!
