Doing it Doggy Style
Shagdog & Jammer caught the Flying Dog trying to do it Doggy Style!
Brewed by: Flying Dog Brewery Maryland, United States
The alpha of the pack, Doggie Style complements a wide range of foods. Flavor notes: Grassy, citrus, and slight perfume hop aromas with subtlety sweet malt body Pairs with: Cheddar cheese, burgers, barbeque, Thai, Mexican Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn't overpoweringly hoppy. It's brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Nobody had ever connected the words flying and dog together...until 1983, when George Stranahan* was itching for an adventure.
This time it would be K2, also known as the Savage Mountain, the second highest mountain in the world and one of the most deadly. For every four people who have reached the summit, one has died trying. And it has never been climbed in the winter.
After traveling 8,000 miles from Woody Creek, Colorado, George and his band of 12 Innocents set off from Rawalpindi, Pakistan (or Pindi as everyone called it) for the summit of K2 with a Sherpa and a mule loaded with provisions.
Ignoring the fear, George and the Innocents trekked across the Baltoro Glacier and the Braldu Gorge. Reinhold Messner, the world's greatest mountain climber, said the Braldu Gorge was the most dangerous thing [he] had ever done in his life. According to George, the largest disaster he and the Innocents faced was that on day 17 of a 35-day trip, we totally ran out of booze.
Back in Pindi at the Hotel Flashman, George and the Innocents were triumphant but in a dry state of mind. After getting on the alcohol list of this Muslim nation, they settled in to drink their quota. Then, their eyes caught sight of a large painting.
As George describes it, It was a full-on oil painting of a dog. A beautiful oil painting, big, nice. And the dog was like...well, he had left the ground. Here we were, theMarch of the Innocents and this 'Flying Dog,' and the weirdness of it all. And the combination of the words 'Flying Dog' stuck with all of us, but particularly for me. They fit together in some way. I don't know how it makes sense, but it makes sense.
In 1990, George founded the Flying Dog Brewpub in Aspen, Colorado. From that brewpub to a full-fledged Denver brewery (co-founded by George and his longtime friend and partner, Richard McIntyre**) in 1994, and then to our current state-of-the-art brewing facility in Frederick, Maryland, Flying Dog continues to make sense.
* George Stranahan is an astrophysicist with a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and the founder of the Aspen Center for Physics. He is also a photographer, rancher, writer, philanthropist, and an educator who has founded three schools. For more information, visit georgestranahan.com.
** Richard McIntyre is a rancher at the Flying Dog Ranch, which also serves as a conference and retreat center, situated at the base of Mt. Sopris in Carbondale, Colorado.

Drone Trip USA - 4K Drone Flight Over America | Ariel View
The United States of America (USA), commonly known as the United States (U.S. or US) or simply America, is a country comprising 50 states, a federal district, five major self-governing territories, and various possessions.[i] At 3.8 million square miles (9.8 million km2), it is the world's third or fourth largest country by total area[d] and is slightly smaller than the entire continent of Europe. Most of the country is located in central North America between Canada and Mexico. With an estimated population of over 327 million people, the U.S. is the third most populous country. The capital is Washington, D.C., and the most populous city is New York City.
Paleo-Indians migrated from Siberia to the North American mainland at least 12,000 years ago.[21] European colonization began in the 16th century. The United States emerged from the thirteen British colonies established along the East Coast. Numerous disputes between Great Britain and the colonies led to the American Revolutionary War lasting between 1775 and 1783, leading to independence.[22] The United States embarked on a vigorous expansion across North America throughout the 19th century—gradually acquiring new territories,[23] displacing Native Americans, and admitting new states—until by 1848 it spanned the continent.[23] During the second half of the 19th century, the American Civil War led to the abolition of slavery in the United States.[24][25] The Spanish–American War and World War I confirmed the country's status as a global military power.
The United States emerged from World War II as a global superpower. It was the first country to develop nuclear weapons, and the only one to use them in warfare. During the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union competed in the Space Race, culminating with the 1969 Apollo 11 mission, the spaceflight that first landed humans on the Moon. The end of the Cold War and collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 left the United States as the world's sole superpower.[26]
The United States is a federal republic and a representative democracy. It is a founding member of the United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Organization of American States (OAS), NATO, and other international organizations. It is a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
A highly developed country, the United States is the world's largest economy by nominal GDP, the second-largest by purchasing power parity, and accounts for approximately a quarter of global GDP.[27] The United States is the world's largest importer and the second-largest exporter of goods, by value.[28][29] Although its population is 4% of the world total,[30] it holds 31% of the total wealth in the world, the largest share of global wealth concentrated in a single country.[31] Despite income and wealth disparities, the United States continues to rank very high in measures of socioeconomic performance, including average wage, median income, median wealth, human development, per capita GDP, and worker productivity.[32][33] It is the foremost military power in the world, making up more than a third of global military spending,[34] and is a leading political, cultural, and scientific force internationally.[35]

Sprague River Ranch
The Sprague River Ranch is the quintessential combination of a recreational and operational ranch. The expansive, large scale cattle ranch dominates the Sprague River valley while over 16 miles of the North and South forks of the Sprague River along with Meryl Creek provide world-class trout fishing. Located in south central Oregon, approximately 45 northeast of Klamath Falls, the Sprague River Ranch is comprised of 15,560 ± deeded acres along with over 15,000 leased acres.
Fishing:
The Sprague River is revered amongst the trout fishing community as one of the greatest dry fly fisheries in the United States. With over 16 miles of river access, Sprague River Ranch is a fisherman’s haven. The North & South Forks of the Sprague River are private streams that are natural spawning and year-long habitats for wild, native redband (rainbow) and wild brown trout. Resident fish of both species range up to 26” with occasional migrating fish up to three feet in length have been landed. While the fish respond well to nymphs and streamers below the surface, most people focus on the premium experience of dry fly fishing on the surface.
Cattle:
Sprague River Ranch is a highly productive, operating cattle ranch that offers tremendous grazing and water resources. The ranch currently runs 1,030+ cows, 50 bulls and 140 replacement heifers. There are nine new solar stock water wells as well as ten domestic wells for household use as well as supply water to corrals, feed yards and barns. The ranch boasts four irrigation wells, 3 of which pump 3,000 to 3,500 gallons per minute as well as a center pivot irrigation system with 7 spans for native grasses and hay production. Additionally, the ranch has a few natural river springs on the property.
Wildlife:
The ranch and surrounding Forest Service lands are home to abundant mule deer along with a growing population of elk. California quail, Hungarian partridge and an assortment of waterfowl are found on the ranch throughout the year. With its abundant water resources and diverse upland habitat, the ranch is also home to a host of other wildlife species including black bear, sandhill cranes, raptors, and migratory songbirds.
Amenities:
The main residence, which overlooks the North Fork, is comfortable and understated and fits appropriately into the surrounding landscape. The 2,050 ± square foot house consists of 2 bedrooms and two baths and features a unique contemporary design. There are 9 other residences located around the ranch that provide ideal employee housing. There are numerous shops, working corrals with scales, and barns strategically located for efficient low stress cattle processing.
Location:
Situated between the quaint towns of Beatty and Bly, the ranch is the perfect balance of accessible yet secluded. The ranch lies along and north of State Highway 140. The cities of Klamath Falls (50 miles southwest) and Medford (2 hours west) provide both commercial and private air services. Klamath County is located in south central Oregon east of the Cascade Range. The county covers approximately four million acres with the Fremont-Winema National Forests comprising 2.3 million acres of the county’s landmass. Located just north of Klamath Falls, Upper Klamath Lake is the largest freshwater lake in the state and one of the largest in the country. Majestic Crater Lake National Park, Oregon’s only national park, is also located in Klamath County. Famous for its amazing water clarity and deep blue color, Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the Western Hemisphere with an average depth of 1,148 feet.
Summary:
Sprague River Ranch offers superlative mountain scenery, extensive national forest boundary, private Forest Service grazing permits, a large number of residential and agricultural improvements and a balance of irrigated and sub-irrigated meadows, timbered uplands, and native rangeland. Sprague River Ranch is one of the premier fly-fishing ranches for sale in Oregon and in the West.

Fallingwater - house over waterfall, Frank Lloyd Wright.
Fallingwater Residence is a house designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1935 in rural southwestern Pennsylvania. The home was built partly over a waterfall on Bear Run in the Laurel Highlands of the Allegheny Mountains.
Hailed by Time shortly after its completion as Wright's most beautiful job, it is listed among Smithsonian's Life List of 28 places to visit before you die.
