En voilà un sacré numéro de rentrée de septembre 2019. Un n°9 qui colle à l’actualité des vendanges. Des vendanges spéciales cépages blancs du Bordelais et en particulier en Pessac-Léognan. Une émission à voir sur la chaîne NoA, avec la jeune génération de vignerons et les piliers de l’appellation, artistes depuis des années dans les vinifications de ces grands vins blancs.

Red bright dark purple colour with an opaque core. Pure nose displaying freshly crushed berries like cassis, blackberry, plum, sage, mint, tobacco and finely tuned oak with a long and rounded finish with a healthy freshness underneath.

Château Seguin - 2015 - Pessac Leognan tasted 100% blind by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
Medium deep ruby with a purple hue. The nose shows a high ripeness blending red and dark berries with cassis tobacco and fine oak. The palate is dense, rather young but with ripe tannin and good extract, nice fruit, layered with a fine spiciness and toasted notes followed by a long, juicy finish. Fine potential.
