Agra Tour Packages 3 Days 2 Nights
Agra is located very close to the capital city of the country - New Delhi and hence is highly accessible. Delhi and Agra together with the Pink City of India- Jaipur in Rajasthan forms the golden triangle package which is undoubtedly one of the best tourist package tours offered in India.
The most prominent tourist attraction of Agra is the Taj Mahal, which is built entirely of white marble. This white mausoleum was built by the emperor in the memory of his dear wife Mumtaz Mahal. The construction of this building took over twenty years and it is one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture that combines elements from elements from Islamic, Indian and Persian architectural styles. The dome like structure along with the four tall minarets, the intricate carvings, sculptures and wall paintings inlaid with stone work, makes the Taj Mahal tour a dream. Taj Mahal has thus earned its name in New Seven Wonders of the World.
Agra is also popular for various other tourist destinations, all of which depict the rich culture and heritage of the Mughal Empire. Some of the popular tourist destinations that you could cover in the Agra Packages are Sikandra, Fatehpur Sikri which once used to be Akbar's capital, The Buland Darwaja, Palace of Jodha Bai, and Panch Mahal, Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, Agra Fort, Jehangir Mahal and Chisti's Tomb.
The various Agra trips also entail trips to the various beautiful gardens and parks which is indeed a great delight and they exemplify the Mughal culture. Some of the must see beautiful gardens of Agra includes the Alasi Bagh, Anguri Bagh, Ram Bagh,Dayal Bagh, and the Mehtab Bagh to name a few. These gardens truly give you the best time of your life.
The popularity of the Agra package tours can also be accorded to the fact that reaching Agra is extremely convenient as its well connected with the rest of the country by air, rail and road. The Delhi Agra highway is one of the finest and hence Agra travel from Delhi is a piece of cake. The luxury train - The Palace on Wheels, covers the Golden Triangle Destination of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur which is by far the best tour packages that you could imagine.

Agra Night Food Tour I Indian Street Food I Papite ke lachcha
The Old City of Agra is bustling with a huge number of food joints in the evening. It is the perfect breakfast destination in the morning and the ideal munch-town in the evening as well. We went around the lanes of Old City searching for some super tasty and super unique dishes.
We discovered food joints that have been there for quite a long time and yet the food that you get at these places is iconic. But the highlight of the walk was definitely the variety of sweet shops and distinct types of sweets. It is definitely a paradise for all sweet-lovers out there. But despite the amount of sweet shops, we still found our way to some mouthwatering meat dishes. The food in Agra is absolutely scrumptious. There were so many places serving different types of cuisines and dishes, and none of them were even a tad bit disappointing.
We are thankful to the Food Gods for giving us places like Agra, which is truly an epicurean delight. And of course, a BIG Thank You to our Host and Dost Tahir Bhai, for making this food journey a truly epic one!

Mathura Tourism | Famous 20 Places to Visit in Mathura Tour
Explore the famous Mathura tourist places and sightseeing spots for the best Mathura tour experience.
Some of the Top 20 Points of Interest in Mathura City for Tourism Visit are:
Mathura Tourism:
1. Sri Krishna Janambhumi 2. Dwarkadheesh Temple
3. Government Museum 4. Vishram Ghat 5. Gita Mandir
6. Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan
7. Prem Mandir in Vrindavan 8. ISKCON Temple in Vrindavan
Mathura Tourist Places:
Mathura, a place unimaginably well known for being the origination of Lord Krishna, a Hindu divinity is home to the jail cell called Garbha Griha that is accepted to be the correct origination of Krishna. It is one of the Sapta Puri, the seven urban areas that are viewed as blessed by Hindus. Every one of the celebrations that relate nearly to Krishna like Holi, are praised here with eagerness and incredible invigoration.
Only a hour's drive from Agra, on the banks of the stream Yamuna, is arranged the origin of Lord Krishna. The whole land is specked with brilliant sanctuaries, committed to different parts of his life. The twin urban communities of Mathura and Vrindavan, where he was conceived and where he grew up, still resonate to the sound of his chuckling, jokes and his supernatural woodwind.
The city of Mathura, in Uttar Pradesh, the core of Brajabhumi, is found 140 km south-east of Delhi and 60 km north-west of Agra. Covering a territory of around 3,800 sq. km., Brajabhumi can be separated into two unmistakable units – the eastern part in the trans-Yamuna tract with places like Gokul, Mahavan, Baldeo, Mat and Bajna and the western side of the Yamuna covering the Mathura area that includes Vrindavan, Govardhan, Kusum Sarovar, Barsana and Nandgaon (Nandagram).
A portion of the well known Krishna celebrations are held in Mathura with awesome delight and excitement. The most well known among them is the Krishna Janmashtami held in August or September relying on the yearly logbook. Alternate celebrations in Mathura include:
Holi in March-April
Latha Mar Holi in March-April
Radhaastami in September
Yam Dwitiya in October-November

India slow train to Agra (AC1 class train tour) to see Taj Mahal, Baby Taj & Agra Fort (Red Fort)
This tourist guide to Agra in India gives hints and tips for your visit to the Taj Mahal and suggests other highlights or places to see in Agra as well as a guide to 2 classes of Indian Rail travel - you will find a guide to an AC1 carriage which has 4 bunks in a cabin and also see an Executive Chair class carriage.
Travelling by train in India can be a bit confusing, especially getting to grips with all the different classes of train travel. This video starts in Udaipur at the railway station where I catch a night train to Agra. The video gives you a tour of the facilities in the train cabin and of the AC1 carriage.
First stop for anyone visiting Agra in India has to be the Taj Mahal. It is also possible to visit the Taj Mahal in a day trip from Delhi if you are short on time. I buy a VIP or priority ticket for the Taj Mahal which allows me to skip a lot of the queues.
On my second day in Delhi I have time to see some of the lesser known sights of India, including the Baby Taj and Agra Fort (the Red Fort of Agra) before I board a fast train in Executive class to Delhi.
Back in New Delhi India at a different railway station from the one I left, the only one serviced by Agra I believe, and finding an honest rickshaw driver to get to my hotel gives me quite a challenge. I would advise anyone arriving at H NIZAMUDDIN Railway Station in Delhi to make sure you already have a hotel booked, and rather book an Uber if at all possible, the rickshaws will try to block the road but the Uber driver will find you to help with your bags and save you a lot of hassle and possible hotel scams.
