Malaysia Airlines B777-200 Flight Review: MH30 Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul
Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 flight experience from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Istanbul (IST).
It was a red-eye flight departing Kuala Lumpur at 12.48am. It was not a full flight, so I could stretch across my row to sleep later during the flight. Meals served were generous and had exceptional taste and with a Malaysian flavour. Cabin crew onboard were very professional and service was excellent. Though the entertainment system was rather ancient, and the screen was smallish, I nevertheless could enjoy my movies.
After 10 hours and 49 minutes, we landed in Istanbul at 5.37am after an excellent flight with Malaysian hospitality.
Thank you for watching FlightTravels.

This Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 flight experience is dedicated to the brave passengers and crew of MH370. You will not be forgotten. Rest in peace.

FLIGHT REVIEW:
INTRO | Air Asia has very wide networks in Indonesia. Yogyakarta is currently attract more and more foreign tourists, the airline currently serves twice daily flights from Kuala Lumpur to Yogyakarta
CHECK IN | I utilized the kiosk check in available in KLIA2 which is very convenient and user friendly. I also printed my baggage tag directly from the kiosk. The check in agent only needed to scan the baggage barcode in the baggage drop counter.
CABIN CREW | The crew were professional and attentive. As soon as the seatbelt sign is turned off, the cabin crew came around the cabin to distribute Indonesia's custom declaration form, followed by offering Inflight sales and prebooked meals.
BOTTOM LINE | It is very convenient that Air Asia has many direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to many big cities in Indonesia making it easier to travel around Asia and beyond. Price wise was very affordable.

My Fist Time Flight Experience | Malaysia Travel Tips | Kuala Lumpur Airport Experience
Malaysia
Malaysia is a Southeast Asian country occupying parts of the Malay Peninsula and the island of Borneo. It's known for its beaches, rainforests and mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian and European cultural influences. The capital, Kuala Lumpur, is home to colonial buildings, busy shopping districts such as Bukit Bintang and skyscrapers such as the iconic, 451m-tall Petronas Twin Towers.

[Flight Experience] Malaysia Airlines A330 ECONOMY class Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur
SHORT review (less than 5 mins):

SHORT Landing clip:
WELCOME to my first flight review in 2017. On 9th January, I flew Malaysia Airlines MH73 service from Hong Kong (HKG) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL). The operating aircraft was an Airbus A330-300. As I am a Oneworld Sapphire member, I have access to priority check-in, priority boarding and access to the lounges in HKG.
My comment to the lounges I visited: The Qantas HK lounge was spacious and quiet in the noon. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Since Japan Airlines recommends the Qantas HK lounge to their premium customers, a lot of food was in Japanese style, this included Japanese curry, miso soup and teriyaki chicken. They were all tasty. I ordered HK style milk tea at the bar which was good too. The Wing was quite busy and I had trouble finding a seat in most areas. I ordered 2 bowls of noodles in the Noddle Bar. Then I had a quick shower before my way to the gate in the new satellite. Qantas HK lounge is full of surprises, so even if you are travelling with Cathay Pacific, I highly recommend the Qantas lounge. It’s next to the immigration (above gate 15).
My comment to the flight: I received a warm welcome from the flight attendants, and as soon as I reached my seat, I found myself a pillow, a blanket and a headset. I was surprised by this since it was just a short flight. The flight was (nearly) 100% full, but I still found the cabin spacious and comfortable. The legroom is great (even for a long haul flight), the recline angle is big as well. The screen was not responsive at all. Fortunately, there was a remote controller which was easier to use. There were two lunch options and they were both delicious. The staff were happy to offer me an extra drink along with my lunch. Although the inflight entertainment system is fine for short flights, it might be a bit boring for long flights as the amount of movies were limited. The lavatories were kept clean and neat throughout the flight. Overall, I had a good flight. I would recommend Malaysia Airlines A330-300 economy class to everyone. I would like to try their economy class in A380 and A350.
MH73 was downgraded from an A380 to B777, then to B737. MH has recently upgraded to a larger A330-300 which I experienced on the 9th January. MH flies three times a day from KUL to HKG (2x B737 & 1 A330), its Oneworld partner Cathay Pacific flies to KUL four to five times a day with many different aircrafts including the B777-300ER and A330-300. Air Asia and Malindo Air also fly between the cities with their A320 and B737. None of the airlines in Skyteam and Star Alliance fly between the cities.
What you'll see in this clip:
- Airports (HKG and KUL) overview
- Check-in
- Qantas Hong Kong Lounge
- Cathay Pacific The Wing Business lounge
- Seat features
- Inflight entertainment system
- Lavatory onboard
- Take-off and landing clip

Malaysia Airlines MH1436, Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi, Economy Class [Flight Experience]
Had an amazing flight with Malaysia Airlines on MH1436 to Langkawi. The flight departed on time and landed early, no meals were served as the flight was 45 minutes long, meals are only served on flights longer than 90 minutes. However orange juice and salted peanuts were offered. The cabin crew were very friendly and kept offering juice and peanuts throughout the flight. Because I don't like eating peanuts, so the crew gave me 5 cups of orange juice, I drank it all and it was delicious!????????????

Malaysia Airlines Flight Experience in Stormy Weather: MH607 Kuala Lumpur to Singapore
Malaysia Airlines flight experience in stormy weather, as MH607 from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, onboard the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
This flight, with a flight time of 44 minutes, departs from Kuala Lumpur at 7.52pm. Boarding takes a while with baggage space issues in the overhead compartments, passengers requesting change of seats, and a missing passenger. Outside, the rain grows heavier and after take-off, lightning flashes can be seen in the night sky. Refreshments are served, and I'm surprised that ice cream is provided. It is a welcomed treat, even on a stormy day!
The flight is routed over Sumatra, Indonesia, possibly to avoid the thunderstorm. The landing is uneventful in Singapore Changi Airport. The cabin crew are polite and professional, even with the short flight time.

Malaysia Airlines MH1455, Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur, Economy Class [Flight Experience]
Had a great flight with Malaysia Airlines on MH1455 from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur. The flight was on time and the cabin crew were very friendly, orange juice and peanuts were served on this short 45 minute flight. One of the best things about Langkawi International Airport is that there's no jet bridge and you get to walk on the tarmac to disembark or board your aircraft. Steward Steven serving economy class today was particularly kind and gave me 2 bottles of water and 4 cups of orange juice to bring off the aircraft. Yet another awesome flight with Malaysia Airlines!????????????

Review:
Leg Room: Leg room is tight towards the back of the plane. It is better to sit from Rows 5-11 where there is a bit more leg room.
Crew: Love those Red Airasia Uniforms. Generally friendly and attentive to needs of Customers.
Food and Beverage: Plenty of options for snacks and hot meals. Quality of hot meals varies depending on what you order.
Entertainment Options: NO IFE since Air Asia is a low cost airline. Interesting magazine which features articles on places to visit in kualalumpur and penang. Good reads for a tourist like me.
Value for Money: Price for one way trip from MNL-KUL including a checked bag and Warm Meal is around USD70.00. It is a fair price for this flight.

Malaysia Airlines Flight Experience: MH765 Siem Reap to Kuala Lumpur
Malaysia Airlines flight experience, from Siem Reap, Cambodia (REP) to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (KUL), as flight MH765.
This 1 hour and 55 minute flight is operated utilizing the Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which features the Boeing Sky Interior cabin design.
Check-in was an agonizing process, involving a painful hour's wait (even though I was third in line). People started complaining and shouting because they got really fed up of waiting (the check-in agent had some problems with one passenger's flight ticket). The flight itself was a different experience, and was smooth and pleasant. Two hot meal choices were offered, served in meal boxes. Drinks were served when the meal boxes are collected back. Even though it was a full flight, the flight attendants were smiling and helpful.

Malaysia Airlines MH2746: Kuala Lumpur to Bintulu Economy Class FlightExperience
Travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Bintulu with Malaysia Airlines
MH 2746 on 27/12/2016. Departed about 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Rainy departure out of KUL. The highlight for this flight is definitely the noodle dish. Really superb! The other option, the murtabak however was not so great. Highly recommend that you choose the noodle option. Load factor was about 95%~ as this a holiday season. Landed on RWY 17. Touchdown at 7.14pm. This aircraft will fly back to KUL as MH2747.
Hope you enjoyed this video. Thanks for watching!

Malaysia Airlines B737-800 Boeing Sky Interior Flight: MH610 SIN-KUL
Malaysia Airlines international flight experience on the B737-800 aircraft from Singapore (SIN) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL).
The B737-800 (9M-MSB) features a Boeing Sky Interior design, which provides greater cabin comfort with a quieter cabin, larger stowage bins and a mood lighting system that mimics the blue sky and shades of sunset.
Though there was heavy air traffic congestion at both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, the aircraft landed just 10 minutes behind schedule, with a flight duration of 46 minutes.
During the flight, peanuts were served together with a choice of apple juice or orange juice.

FLIGHT REVIEW:
--------------------------
The check in experience was seamless as the passengers are requested to use mobile check-in,web check-in or check-in kiosk before proceeding to baggage drop counter.
The aircraft arrived on time and the boarding process was very efficient and fast. The flight was not full with around 70 percent occupancy.
I requested for Seafood Meal during online booking and it turned out horrible! That was the first time i did not finish my meal on board. The Seafood meal request was no different with the regular choice as they have the tuna sandwich on offer too that day.
The downside was the cheap plastic cutlery and glassware. The cabin crew service was adequate but lacking of warmth of which true service quality should have.
The most defective moment when the cabin crew forgot my order although two cabin crew members had confirmed my seafood meal request before take off! I had to ask them for my meal after all the passengers have been served. Thus, i was served last. No immediate apologies given either!
Overall, The flight with Malaysia Airlines was terrible experience despite the good deal i got. Malaysia Airlines should really pay attention of their product and service quality in order to not losing many more customers in the future.
---
I would rate this flight experience with Malaysia Airlines MH717 : 5/10
