Charleston, SC Walking and Food Tours
I'm not sure I mentioned it in the video but Charleston, South Carolina is HOT in August. Just joking...not about the heat but about me mentioning it in the video. I should have counted but I think I said it was hot about a hundred times. Even though the heat was CRAZY we still had a great day. We participated in a walking tour and food tour both of which were really great and we would recommend if you are visiting. I'll link their websites below. Make comments or ask questions. Let's Travel Talk! Sandra.

Indigo Inn, room and hotel tour in historic Charleston, South Carolina.
This was the first day of our stop in Charleston and we were pretty surprised when we got there.
We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo Inn as we toured the historic district of one of the oldest and best-preserved cities in the United States.
We enjoyed horse driven carriage tours, fine resturants and entertainment only steps away from our hotel.

Simple Southern food doesn't get better than Nana's Seafood & Soul
This week we’re in Charleston, South Carolina, where we started with multi-course magnificence at McCrady’s. Today things are much more down to earth, or rather down to sea: Nana’s Seafood & Soul serves fresh seafood out of a tiny storefront on Line Street, with homegrown preparations of crab, shrimp, and more. Mother/son team Kenyatta and Carolyn McNeil stuffed us full of incredible food, most served on Styrofoam instead of china.
