17SEP11: Representative of Earl Ray Tomblin, who acts as the 35th Governor of the State of West Virginia due to the resignation of Joe Manchin, makes a presentation on behalf of the Governor to recognize Charles Town on its 225th Anniversary. There were also representatives for both former WV Governors now Democratic U.S. Senators for West Virginia John D. Jay Rockerfeller IV and Joseph Joe Manchin III.
