A taste of what to expect at the annual Hook Head Lighthouse Maritime Matters Festival which will take place on the May Bank Holiday Weekend. Events and demonstrations will take place all weekend with plenty of good food to keep you going! The Hook Head Strongman Challenge will take place on Sunday 6th. Loads of fun and games for the kids all weekend with face painting, climbing wall, lawn games and lots more. So get here and enjoy the first festival of the Summer at Hook Head Lighthouse.

This years Hook Head Lighthouse Maritime Matters Festival takes place on the 1st & 2nd of May.The Crew at Hook Head Lighthouse have lined up a musical feast for your entertainment this year.
This will be without doubt our biggest festival to date.As well as the best in music we will also have in attendance The R.N.L.I.,The Irish Coastguard Helicopter,The Irish Coastal Cliff Rescue,The Civil Defence, and much much more. Hook Head Lighthouse would advise traveling early as we expect the volume of traffic to be huge.Car parks will be signposted and we are providing a free shuttle bus from the car parks.
