Along Croatia's dalmatian coast, there is a scattering of islands big and small but equally as beautiful. Today's excursion took us to the Kornati islands where we got to spend some time at a desert island and then a gorgeous village called Sali. Hope you enjoy the video!

Okružuju je borove šume i maslinici, te prostrani vinogradi čuvene sorte grožđa i istoimenog vina Grk.
Razvedena obala privlači sa svojim slikovitim uvalama, plitkim pješčanim plažama i pogledom na dvadesetak otočića, nadomak Lumbarde, koji se kupaju u kristalno čistom moru u bojama od tirkizno plave do tamnomodre.

Lumbarda is a small tourist village, located on the eastern shore of the island. It stretches along the coast, with many small bays, and the slopes of the surrounding hills.
It is surrounded by pine forests and olive groves, vineyards and a spacious famous grape and wine of the same name Greek.

Jedna od najljepših top plaža na Jadranu nalazi se upravo na Visu, a to su Stiniva i Stončica. S time da je Stiniva proglašena najljepšom europskom plažom po izboru čitatelja portala European Best Destinations.
Vis je doista čarobno mjesto, kojeg valja posjetiti.

Stončica
je imenom i svjetionik i njegov rt, i dugački zaljev i malo ribarsko-turističko naselje, pješčana plaža i odličan restoran. Mali bar na samoj plaži, igralište za odbojku na pijesku, i mnogo hlada u sjeni palmi na zapadnom te tamarisa na istočnom kraju plaže, čini Stončicu prvim izborom obiteljskog izleta. Cesta iz Visa vodi do makadamskog puta kojim se za manje od deset minuta hoda stiže na plažu.
VELA SMOKOVA
još je jedna pješčana plaža na jugoistočnoj obali Visa. Druga po redu uvala kad se izađe iz Stončice i krene jugoistočno, omiljena je destinacija nautičara i ljubitelja divljih plaža. Na dubini od svega dva metra uz samu obalu istočnog kraka uvale, stotinjak metara od plaže, potopljeno je krilo aviona iz 2. svjetskog rata. Ponešto hlada može se naći u sjeni bora kada se zađe malo dalje na kopno, a kozjim putem koji kreće iz bivšeg vojnog poligona, uputite se jedino uz iskusnog vodiča.
STINIVA
Zapadno od Male Travne uvala je Stiniva. Gledano s morske strane Stinivu zatvaraju dvije visoke kamene litice u najbližoj točki međusobno udaljene niti četiri metra. Između njih nazire se šljunčana plaža, ali tek kada se uplovi kroz kapiju ona se ukaže kao oblucima popločano gledalište rimskog amfiteatra. S kopnene strane u nju se spušta strmom a na trenutke i vrlo zahtjevnom kozjom stazom, stoga dobro razmislite hoćete li u ovu pustolovinu s malim dijetetom jer ćete ga uzbrdo morati nositi na leđima.
Ograđena visokim klisurama sa svih strana, Stiniva je barem jednom svojom polovicom uvijek u sjeni.
Cestom se treba doći do zaseoka Žužeca, a spuštanje pješačkom stazom može potrajati više od dvadeset minuta.

Die Immobilie befindet sich in der Republik Kroatien, auf der Insel Iž, im Ort Veli Iž, Bezirk Zadarska. Bis zur
Insel gibt es jeden Tag mehrere Schiffslinien aus Zadar und die Fahrt dauert ca 1 Stunde. Es geht um das
teilweise ausgebaute Baugelände mit eigenen Meerzugang. Das Grundstück liegt etwa 300 m vom Zentrum des
Ortes Veli Iž entfernt.
Die Immobilie befindet sich entlang der Straße und direkt an der Küste. Sie besteht aus drei
Parzellen, die gem. neuen Abmessungen im Gemeindegericht Zadar, Grundbucheinlage 8039,
Katastralgemeinde Veli Iž eingetragen sind, und zwar: Parzelle 8569/1 – ausgebautes Gelände von
1446 m² (alte Abmessung der Parzelle Nr. 61/2), Parzelle 8569/2 von 1072 m² (alte Abmessung der
Parzelle Nr. 61/3) und Parzelle 8569/3 von 1027 m² (alte Abmessung der Parzelle Nr. 61/1).
Die Gesamtfläche der drei Parzellen beträgt 3545 m².
Das Gelände ist zum Ausbau von Wohngebäuden mit mehreren Wohneinheiten und Zugang von der
bestehenden öffentlichen Straße bestimmt.
Für die Parzelle Nr. 8569/1 wurde 2004 die Lokationsgenehmigung ausgestellt, und die Baugenehmigung ist seit
22.12.2009 rechtskräftig.
Auf dieser Parzelle wurde gem. Baugenehmigung, wodurch Ausbau vom Gebäude mit 5 Wohneinheiten –
Wohnungen (Erdgeschoss + 2 Etagen) genehmigt wurde, hat man mit dem Bau begonnen und es wurde
Untergeschoss und die Konstruktion der ersten Etage ausgebaut. Die Nettowohnfläche in diesem
Wohngebäude beträgt ca. 500 m².
Für die Parzelle Nr. 8569/2 wurde 2004 die Lokationsgenehmigung ausgestellt, und die Baugenehmigung
ist seit 22.12.2009 rechtskräftig. Auf dieser Parzelle wurde gem. Baugenehmigung Ausbau vom Gebäude
mit 4 Wohneinheiten – Wohnungen (Erdgeschoss + 2 Etagen), Nettowohnfläche 314 m² genehmigt. Auf
dieser Parzelle hat man bisher mit keinen Bauarbeiten begonnen.
Die Parzelle Nr. 8569/3 ist unerschlossenes Bauland. Die Parzelle verfügt über direkten Zugang zum Meer.
Die Immobilien sind nicht belastet und im Eigentum der Firma SCHUTZ d.o.o. Veli Iž, die wiederum
Eigentum einer Person ist. Der Eigentümer und Gründer hat im J. 2008 mit der Erschließung des
Geländes, im J. 2009 mit dem Bau gem. der Baugenehmigung begonnen. Wegen der Krankheit des
Eigentümers wurden die Arbeiten im J. 2012 eingestellt.
Auf dem Baugelände befinden sich Baumaschinen (zwei Baukrane, zwei Bagger, Betonmischer,
Großflächenschalung, Stützen u.ä.) sowie gewisse Menge von Baumaterialien, alles im Besitz der Firma.
Alles aufgezählte wird zusammen mit den Immobilien verkauft.
Als Gegenstand des Verkaufs kann die Firma zusammen mit dem ganzen Vermögen sein (Immobilien
und bewegliche Habe) oder einzelne Güter. Der interessierte Käufer könnte die Immobilien übernehmen
und mit dem Bau der Wohngebäude gem. der Projektdokumentation und den Baugenehmigungen
fortfahren oder er kann Änderung der Projekte und der Bauunterlagen beantragen.
Eine aktuelle Bewertung weist alleine das Grundstück mit einem Wert von Knapp über 1,0 Mio Euro aus.
Um das Felsige Grundstück bebaubar zu machen wurde über 4,5 Monate mit schweren Gerät und
Sprengungen der bebaubare Rahmen geschaffen.
Auf Grund der gesetzlichen Lage gibt es seit geraumer Zeit keine Baugenehmigungen mehr für
Küstengrundstücke,was dieses Grundstück erheblich aufwertet, weil von keiner Seite ein Bau die
herrliche Aussicht, Natur & Ruhe stören kann.
Des weiteren wurde im Rohbau ein Trinkwasser Zisterne mit 77 Kubikmeter, eine Löschwasser +
Trinkwasser Zisterne mit 100 Kubikmeter und eine Schwarze Grube mit 69 Kubikmeter verbaut!
