Dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, spacious playroom/enclosed veranda (85m²) for the kids with table tennis, table football and a fireplace. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available on the ground floor and is specifically designed for disabled people and those with mobility problems
- On the first floor you’ll find 3 double en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi-style bathtubs. Fitness room with Technogym sport equipment.
- The second floor has 2 double en-suite bedrooms, one with Jacuzzi-style bathtub. Games room with billiard table and large windows with lake view.
- The third floor has 3 double en-suite bedrooms. Two additional beds can be placed. This floor was originally the servants’ quarters and the décor is therefore modest compared to the other floors.
- A few metres from the main building, is a simply-furnished ground-floor double bedroom with private bathroom.
Outside, the private park (30000m²) comprises a marvellous green lawn with panoramic views across the lake, heated swimming pool with sun loungers, toys for children, hot shower and dressing room. Tennis court. The grounds support ancient sequoia, cedar, oak, and palm trees. There is an antique cellar with a selection of Italian and international wines. Private mooring available on request.

LA VILLA DEL MAFIOSO - Abandoned Villa of an Italian Mafia Man (URBEX ITALIA)
Villa appartenuta ad un boss mafioso siciliano ora in carcere insieme a suo figlio per traffico internazionale di droga.
Faceva la spola tra questa casa e Santo Domingo.
La villa è un vero e proprio bunker: il piano terra era adibito agli scagnozzi di guardia, mentre lui abitava al piano di sotto con la sua famiglia.
L' abitazione rientra nei canoni di costruzione delle tipiche case dei mafiosi.
Questa persona era anche dedita al riciclaggio di denaro sporco con complice un dirigente della Banca Mediolanum che creava delle carte di credito intestate a persone di fantasia e si avvaleva di parecchi prestanome.
Attualmente la villa è in vendita.

Von La Villa / Stern in Alata Badia führt zuerst der Wanderweg 13 gemächlich über Wiesen, bis er dann steil in den Wald hineinführt. Nach 2 1/2 h erreicht man dann die Wahlfahrtskirche Heiligkreuz und die Schutzhütte auf 2045m. Der Abstieg führte uns dann über die Markierung 15 und 12 wieder hinunter ins Dorf.

La Villa sul Palazzo by Ramón Esteve
House located in “Villa Carrega”, in a building built in 1912 by the engineer Giovanni Battista Milani as accommodation for Prince Carrega in the city of Rome. In 1955, the Villa was enlarged to host a “La Congregazione delle Ancelle del Sacro Cuore di Gesú”, a community of nuns that turned the dance hall of the old palace into “La cappella delle Ancelle del Sacro Cuore”.
Six years ago, the old monastery ceased hosting a religious space to become a residential. Its location, in the upper part of Rome, allows to see part of the capital of Italy. The large number of openings forge a direct relationship with the exterior, the possible unique photographs of the city in the main rooms. This relation is enhanced by the presence of the central terrace, evading the customers of the city. “The villa sul Palazzo” respects the image of the building, showing its surroundings with the native materiality; the Roman travertine, the “calacatta” and the brass.
The pre-existing architecture coexists with new programs. The colonnade characteristic of neoclassical architecture, currently houses a heated pool, as well as the tower a rest and disconnection area. The centre of vertical communication is designed as a sculptural element. The custom-made elevator resembles a watch that lets your machinery see.
