New Forest Country Walk Lepe Country Park to Exbury Gardens round
Our video is a guided circular walk in the New Forest, Hampshire. From Lepe Country Park on the coast of the Solent we walk to the wonderful Exbury Gardens and return via the coastal path. This is an easy walk on minor tarmac roads and tracks, grass paths and tracks through fields and woodlands.
Elevation: approx lowest point 1.10m (3.6ft) approx highest point 23.40m (76.8ft) approx ascent 91.80m (301.18ft)
Approx 7 miles allow 3 to 3½ hours using OS Explorer Map OL22, New Forest. This walk is done anti-clockwise.
Start point: Lepe Country Park car park above the beach.

Lyndhurst is a large village and civil parish situated in the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, England. Serving as the administrative capital of the New Forest, it is a popular tourist attraction, despite local traffic congestion,
with many independent shops, art galleries, cafés, museums, pubs and hotels.

Today I am with Nick Tann exploring Winnall Moors, a wetland nature reserve in Winchester, Hampshire. Beautiful reed beds, streams from the river Itchen and wildlife abound in this special place. It is care for by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.
