Cologne is a 2000 year old city in western Germany spanning the Rhine River. Some things to do in Cologne include visiting the Cologne Cathedral and doing a sightseeing cruise!
Restaurants we visited in Cologne are Bei d'r Tant Kolsch and the second one was supposed to be Bierhaus en d'r Salzgass but outside there is a whole plaza of brewhouses!
German foods to eat in Cologne include:
-Halve Hanh, a famous traditional sandwich. Name is half a rooster but there's no meat!
-Himmel und Erde, fried black pudding with mashed potatoes, apple sauce and onions!
-Mettbrotchen, raw pork sausage meat on bread!
-Kolsch, the beer of Colgone! Must try this beer in Germany :)!

On the 1st of October the WDR Radio Orchestra mingled with the crowds on Cologne Wallrafplatz and surprised with well-known tones from a galaxy far, far away....

German Christmas Markets: Cologne
Nothing better than some warm mulled wine on a frigid winter day. Yes there is, you say? A warm mulled wine on a frigid winter day WITH a piping hot bratwurst?! Well, you're in luck because German Christmas markets have BOTH of those!
They also have Santa Clause trashcans where you dispose of your garbage right into his mouth....a little odd if you ask me.

Som Sabadell flashmob - BANCO SABADELL
On the 130th anniversary of the founding of Banco Sabadell we wanted to pay homage to our city by means of the campaign Som Sabadell (We are Sabadell) . This is the flashmob that we arranged as a final culmination with the participation of 100 people from the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, the Lieder, Amics de l'Òpera and Coral Belles Arts choirs.

If you have one day to eat, this German food tour of Munich will give you some serious satisfaction. I have to admit, I going to multiple back to back restaurants to eat German food is a challenge - German food is so hearty and so filling. By the end of this food tour in Munich, I was ready to sleep immediately!
Here are all the details about the restaurants and prices of the dishes I ate:
1. Andy's Krablergarten
Andy's Krablergarten is known for their schnitzel, and they serve it up in a huge way. The cutlets are made from pork, and they are big and fried fresh. I tried a Hamburg schnitzel with eggs and a Munich style schnitzel with horseradish in the breading. It was fantastic.

2. Andechser am Dom
This is a nice German food restaurant, located on the side of Munich Frauenkirche, a major landmark in the heart of Munich. They serve a variety of traditional German Bavarian cuisine. My favorite dish was the mixed sausage plate, but the leberkäse was also good.

3. Ice cream at Schuhbeck's Eissalon

4. Bergwolf
Bergwolf is a German fast food restaurant in Munich, and their speciality is currywurst, a plate of sausage topped in sauce and fries. It’s not the healthiest of all German dishes, but it sure tastes pretty amazing - one of those 3 am kind of dishes.
