RUNNING TO LAZY BEAR FROM SFO! ••• VLOG #24
If you're not familiar with Lazy Bear, they pride themselves on being the best dinner party with communal tables for all diners. There are only two dining times available each night, and each require a ticket purchase to join. Tickets are released one month in advance and usually sell out within a few hours, so we were lucky to nab a pair last minute!
Because there is a set menu each night and all diners are served simultaneously, there is no guarantee that they will wait for you if you're late for the reservation. In other words, the later you show up, the more courses you miss! :( Our flight to San Francisco, CA was scheduled to land at 8:10pm and our dinner reservation for Lazy Bear was at 8:30pm so we had to book it!
Aside from the ticketing system, Lazy Bear is also unique with its open kitchen that allows diners to talk to chefs and take photos - which we totally took advantage of! They also have a chef explain each dish as it is served, and they give you a booklet to jot down notes about each dish.
Fun Fact: The name Lazy Bear is an acronym of founder David Barzelay's last name :)

PEOPLE MAKE HOW MUCH IN SAN FRANCISCO? (INTERESTING)
San Francisco right now as of 2018 is the most expensive city in North America to live in. According to a study by SF curbed, it takes about $110,000 for somebody to live comfortably in the city. As a San Francisco native, I took it upon myself to go around the city and find out myself. We went to three different neighborhoods and in each neighborhood asked three different people. The results were very surprising!
We also thought we'd add a spin to it. Can you guys guess how much people in San Francisco make based on:
- Their introduction
- What they are wearing
What do you think? How much do you think people in San Francisco make?

Kruppy Modded OTIS Traction Elevators-Handlery Union Square Hotel-San Francisco, CA
Honestly, these are too boring for a hotel. The cabs are so plain. The mod is bad and it's just another slap-on. This is the second mod of these elevators. Shame. This video was filmed during check-in time and right after I was done, there was a line waiting for the elevators. There are more elevators here but I didn't feel like being disappointed anymore.
