Adeyto ???? AURORA BOREALIS CHASE with NORTHERN SOUL ADVENTURES @ Tromsø NORWAY ????️ Huawei P20 PRO
October 13th 2018, shopping in the city and the final night of HUNTING for the NORTHERN LIGHTS in Tromsø with NORTHERN SOUL ADVENTURES They take only small groups of max 7 people to drive around and search for a scenic spot to see the Aurora Borealis!!
We were lucky and had an IMPRESSIVE display of NORTHERN LIGHTS just as we were about to go home. Jeff our guide and owner of this agency is very kind and very knowledgeable and will lend you good solid tripods, help you set your camera, lend you the warm body-suit and give you soup and bread by the fireplace! Very pleasant experience and almost guaranteed to see the AURORA BOREALIS every night, for around $200 per person.
Adeyto ???? HUNTING NORTHERN LIGHTS NORTHERN SOUL ADVENTURES Tromsø AURORA BOREALIS ????️ Huawei P20 PRO
The lovely Tromsø City panoramic views from the terrace of my room! And one more night HUNTING for the NORTHERN LIGHTS, this time with the very new at this business who also take only small groups of max 7 people to drive around Tromsø andsearch for a scenic spot to see the Aurora Borealis!!
We were lucky and the weather was better than last night with Gunnar, so we only drove to Kvaloya Island near Tromsø. Jeff is also very kind and very knowledgeable and will lend you good solid tripods, help you set your camera, lend you the warm body-suit and give you soup and bread by the fireplace! Very pleasant experience and almost guaranteed to see the AURORA BOREALIS every night, for almost $200 per person.
Adeyto ????️ Huawei P20 PRO ✈️to TROMSØ city in Northern Norway
Tromsø, the warm (warmer than most other places located on the same latitude, due to the warming effect of the Gulf Stream even milder than places much farther south of it elsewhere in the world!!) city in northern Norway, is a major cultural hub above the Arctic Circle. It’s famed as a viewing point for colorful Northern Lights that sometime light up the nighttime sky. The city’s historic center, on the island of Tromsø, is distinguished by its centuries-old wooden houses. However I was mostly impressed by the dozens of HAIR CUT Salons and dozens of OPTICIANS GLASSES SHOPS! At night the buildings are lit up in vivid colors to make up for the clouds that actually hide the Northern Lights that are your only reason to come here. However there's a great trick to that and I saw the AURORA BOREALIS EVERY NIGHT at a price of $200/night as seen in next videos!

This is our second international trip alone together. I regretted not filming our trip in France so I bought a GoPro off some dude on Craiglist (bless his soul for not ripping me off) and this was the end result.
We only saw the slightest glimpse of the Northern Lights, but I wasn't disappointed at all because Norway makes you feel like you have the whole country to yourself. The lands are simply untouched and the atmosphere is just so serene.
Most of the outdoor footage was from our last day in Norway. I rented a car with a fellow traveler and we took it out to Sommarøy. The drive was so relaxing. Nothing but beautiful green fields and waterfalls on the way there. Then Sommarøy itself is an island with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. I would have never thought to go to Norway, but cheap flights and wanderlust prompted us to do so. Now I can't wait to go back and explore much more!
Huge thank you to our Couchsurfing host Ihsan and his friends for their amazing hospitality (home-cooked Pakistani meals everyday omg). Another huge thanks to Julia, for pushing us to explore more and for her amazing German driving skills lol. We miss you all already!
I hope you all enjoy the video. Bear with me, this is my first time using a GoPro and editing a video lol.

Adeyto ???? CHASING NORTHERN LIGHTS with GUIDE GUNNAR Tromsø Norway AURORA BOREALIS ????️ Huawei P20 PRO
Guide Gunnar saved me from not seeing the NORTHERN LIGHTS on my first night in Tromsø (when another agency suddenly cancelled on me) and drove with us hundred of kilometers until we found a hole in the very cloudy sky and could SUCCESSFULLY photograph Aurora Borealis thanks to the famous and pioneer in this domain, Gunnar the Guide!! And you definitely need such chaser knowing where to take you, each night different place depending on weather and skies, otherwise you go all the way to expensive Tromsø Norway and see nothing at all!! He is helping you set up your camera, borrows you solid tripods, warm body suit against arctic cold and also insulating warm boots if you need them!! A delicious soup and snacks and my favorite Svolvaer Hot Berry Juice! A successful and happy trip with kind-hearted:

Bifrost | Travel in Tromso, Norway
“Bifröst, that was the name, and there were kids also a little bit afraid that the aurora was dancing and stuff like she did tonight, yes because they believe it was like valchiries coming down to get their souls, like spirits coming down to get their souls. Also here by the cost of Norway some people still call the aurora the wind lights because the great grandparents believe it was the wind that was moving the aurora making it dance, nowadays we know it's not true because the weather up there where the aurora is, the aurora starts at 60 km, there are also layers between 20 and 30km, and the higher lines are flying at 12 km so but they actually believe it was the wind that was moving. Some young people today still call the aurora wind light just to preserve that ancient name of the aurora, and that was quite cool that they're doing that. I remember when i was a little kid, like 5-6 years old, my parents told me that if I waved and whistle to the aurora she will came down and get me and knock me over so. So I was like ok Mom ok Dad i went out playing with my friends and it get dark and of course the aurora came out and I just mad all screaming i was so afraid, i was so afraid.”
“This is when the magic is happening, because high above us from approximately 60 kilometers and up to five hundreds kilometers above us, those charge particles will collide in a way with different atoms of gasses we have up there, and when they do, the energy released from that collision will is released in form of light, and trillions and trillions and trillions of those collisions is what we see as the aurora actually, and that also determines the color we have in the aurora, so if we have like a green aurora lower down, and the red ones higher up that means that the charged particles are hitting are oxigen atoms that's what create the green and the red light, but if we have the purple in the bottom and the blue higher up, that means they're hitting nitrogen atoms, so that what was happening when we had the purple above us.”
