포공사는 시가지 남쪽 포하 공원 안에 세워진 사당으로 송나라 때의 명신 포증을 모신 곳이다. 포증은 전형적인 청백리로 우리나라에도 드라마 ‘판관 포청천’을 통해 잘 알려진 인물이다. 황제의 사위를 벌하고 탐관오리들을 단두대에 올린 포증은 지금도 안후이성 주민들에게 큰 존경을 받고 있다. 사당 안에는 포증의 행적을 말해주는 조각과 자료가 전시돼 있다. 포증은 지방관으로 일하면서 백성들의 억울한 사연을 명쾌하게 해결하고 항상 소박하고 검소한 생활을 유지해 진정한 청백리라는 찬사를 받았다. 그가 죽은 후에 문학가들은 그를 소재로 많은 소설을 썼고 이런 작품들이 1000년 동안 그를 끊임없이 회자되게 해 지금은 허페이를 상징하는 인물이 되었다. 포공사 옆에는 허페이 시민들에게 사랑받는 부장이 있다. 연못 위에 세워진 정자와 누각이 수양버들과 어우러져 강남적인 정취를 느끼게 한다.

Bao Zheng (Chinese: 包拯; pinyin: Bāo Zhěng), courtesy name Xiren 希仁，posthumous title Xiaosu 孝肅 (9991062) was a much-praised official who served during the reign of Emperor Renzong of Song China. Bao is culturally a well-respected figure in Chinese history, and is today invoked as the symbol of justice in China.
After passing the imperial examination in 1027, Bao deferred embarking on his official career for a decade in order to care for his elderly parents and faithfully observe proper mourning rites after their deaths. From 1037 until his death in 1062, Bao successively held several offices at court and in provincial locations. In his lifetime, Bao was renowned for his filial piety, his stern demeanor, and his intolerance of injustice and corruption. Due to his fame and the strength of his reputation, Bao's name became synonymous with the idealized pure official (qingguan 清官), and quickly became a popular subject of early vernacular drama and literature. Bao was also associated with the Buddhist god Yama and the Infernal Bureaucracy of the Eastern Marchmount, on account of his supposed ability to judge affairs in the afterlife as well as he judged them in the realm of the living. The fictionalized Bao Zheng was known variously as Lord Bao or Judge Bao (Chinese: 包公; pinyin: Bao Gong), Rescriptor-in-waiting Bao (Chinese: 包待制; pinyin: Bao Daizhi), Bao of the Dragon Image (Chinese: 包龍圖; pinyin: Bao Longtu), and Blue-Sky Bao/Unclouded-Sky Bao (Chinese: 包青天; pinyin: Bao Qingtian). From the middle of the Song Dynasty to the present day, the character of Judge Bao has appeared in a variety of different literary and dramatic genres, and has enjoyed a sustained popularity by audiences of all ages.
Bao An gong Temple Fair, Procession
This video shows the procession of the Bao An Gong Temple fair. The fair goes on for a week with all kinds of rituals and theatrical performances. The procession includes deities from other local temples (carried in the sedan chairs) coming for an overnight 'visit.' There were probably 20 or so deities. Others in the procession included auspicious animals (dragons, qilins, cranes, lions, etc) and also important historic and fictional characters. And of course, lots of musicians. Về với thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, nhiều người, đặc biệt là du khách hành hương khó lòng mà bỏ qua cơ hội thăm quan chiêm ngưỡng ngôi chùa Bửu Long với lối kiến trúc vô cùng lộng lẫy mà cũng không kém phần linh thiêng.
Từ ngã tư Thủ Đức
– Rẽ phải vào Lê Văn Việt.
– Đi khoảng 4,5km đến cuối đường Lê Văn Việt gặp Ngã ba Mỹ Thành (trước mặt có cây xăng Mỹ Thành).
– Rẽ phải vào đường Nguyễn Văn Tăng. Đi khoảng 2km gặp ngã rẽ bên phải có ghi tên đường là Nguyễn Xiển nhưng đừng rẽ vào đây mà tiếp tục đi thẳng, đường đi thẳng này cũng là Nguyễn Xiển. Bạn đi tiếp sẽ gặp trường THPT Nguyễn Văn Tăng, đi khoảng 1km nữa là thấy chùa Bửu Long.
Nằm trên một ngọn đồi phía tây sông Đồng Nai, chùa Bửu Long tọa lạc tại số 81 Nguyễn Xiển, phường Long Bình, quận 9, cách trung tâm TP. Hồ Chí Minh khoảng 20km, có tên chính thức là thiền viện Tổ Đình Bửu Long. Được thành lập năm 1942, đến năm 2007, chùa Bửu Long được đầu tư xây dựng và trùng tu thêm, trở thành công trình kiến trúc tiêu biểu cho sự kết hợp hài hòa văn hóa Thái Lan, Ấn Độ cùng tinh hoa kiến trúc nhà Nguyễn.
Khu vực chính điện và khuôn viên xung quanh chùa được xây dựng hoàn toàn dựa theo thiết kế của trụ trì Thích Viên Minh. Bảo tháp Gotama Cetiya, bảo tháp chính của chùa, là bảo tháp lớn nhất Việt Nam với chiều cao 56m cùng bốn tháp phụ xung quanh, được xây dựng theo lối kiến trúc cung điện với màu trắng chủ đạo, phối cùng màu vàng rực rỡ ở phần chóp của kiến trúc chùa Thái Lan.
Chùa liên tục được trùng tu tôn tạo với các khu vực chính bao gồm: chánh điện, tăng xá, trai đường, khách đường, tổ đường, thiền thất của chư Tăng, ni viện, ni xá và am thất của Tu nữ, tịnh nhân. Chính điện ngày nay không phải do xây mới mà được trùng tu từ di tích cũ, nơi Tổ sư và Đại đức Lão Tâm để lại, khang trang tiện nghi hơn nhưng vẫn không đánh mất hình dáng, nét cũ của chùa cổ.
