1) University to Wakad Bridge closed for traffic ..water flowing over the bridge
2) Aundh to Wakad Bridge closed as a precautionary measure
3) Vishal nagar to baner bridge was open but soon can be closed as water has reached the brim and there hell lot of traffic
4) Vishal Nagar to Wakad Road complety closed due to water logging
Following the release of more water from Khadakwasla Dam, people from low lying areas such as Balewadi, Baner, Aundh, Yerwada, Sinhgad Road and Bopodi have been evacuated as the Mutha River is overflowing. Khude, Sambhaji, Maharshi Shinde, Baba Bhide and Sangamwadi bridges have been closed until further notice due to the release of water from Khadakwasla Dam. Maintain situational awareness, reconfirm itineraries, meetings in Pune. Avoid low-lying areas in the vicinity of Mutha River.

Pavana Dam is constructed across the Pavana River. This is a nice place to spend some time with family and friends. The backwaters of this dam provide a wonderful view. The way from Lonavala to Pavana Dam is 20 km; 40 minutes journey from lonavala.
Lonavala → Bhangarwadi → Kusgaon → Aundh Gaon → Dudhivarekhind → Prati Pandharpur → Pavana Dam
Way from Pune, Pune - Pavana Nagar via Paud is beautiful during monsoon. The Tikona fort is close to this dam. Seven Kilometers from this dam is Mantra Mandir at Parti-Pandharpur. Aamby Valley City is also close to this dam.
