Miami Beach, Florida - Disney Magic Sails from PortMiami (2019)
Disney Magic is a cruise ship owned and operated by the Disney Cruise Line, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. She has 11 public decks, can accommodate 2,700 passengers in 875 staterooms, and has a crew of approximately 950. The interior of Disney Magic is decorated in the Art Deco style, in contrast to her sister ship, Disney Wonder, which is decorated in the Art Nouveau style.
The ship has twenty bright yellow lifeboats which, along with the black, red, and white colors of the ship itself, match the colors of Mickey Mouse. This change from the standard safety orange took a waiver of international maritime rules. As with other Disney cruise ships, the ship's horn blast plays an excerpt from Disney's famous flagship tune, When You Wish upon a Star. Disney Magic's Godmother is Patricia Disney, former wife of Walt Disney's nephew, Roy E. Disney.

The Dania Beach Municipal Marina was developed by The City of Dania Beach with the support of the Broward County Board of Commissioners. The Dania Beach Marina is located on the opposite side of Dania Beach Ocean Park and the Dania Beach Pier which is next to John U. Lloyd State Park. Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - Parliament Hill - Centennial Flame HD (2015)
Located on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the Centennial Flame commemorates Canada’s 100th anniversary as a Confederation. The Flame was first lit as the climax of the centennial celebrations of January 1, 1967, in the presence of then Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson. He was joined on the hill by leader of the Opposition and former Prime Minister, John Diefenbaker, and Secretary of State, who was in charge of the Centennial, Judy LaMarsh as well as thousands of onlookers. The Flame is fuelled by natural gas and surrounded by a fountain whose ledge contains the shields of 12 of Canada’s provinces and territories—Nunavut is absent as it was not created until 1999.
This Centennial Flame was erected as a temporary monument, but due to great public support it still stands today. It is located near the Queen's Gates (the centre gate), in front of the stairs leading to the Peace Tower and Centre Block. The Centre Block is home to the House of Commons, the Senate and serves as an office building for MPs and Senators. The Centennial was celebrated across Canada in various ways; for example the re-enactment of the Battle of the Thames, the building of a destroyer out of match sticks, etc. The government also encouraged the building of a Centennial memorial in each of Canada’s 10 provinces. The provincial and federal governments matched whatever the municipal government spent on their memorial, thereby encouraging the construction of grand buildings such as the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
The Centennial Flame is encompassed by a fountain into which many visitors to Parliament Hill throw coins for luck. That change is gathered, washed, dried and sorted by maintenance before it is put into a government bank account. From there the money is given to the winner of the Centennial Flame Research Award. The award, which was begun in 2005, is given “to a person with a disability to enable him or her to conduct research and prepare a report on the contributions of one or more Canadians with disabilities to the public life of Canada or the activities of Parliament.” The 2011 recipient, Andrew Morrison-Gurza, received $5,500. The 2012 recipient, Andrew St. Kitts, is a Masters student with cerebral palsy who plans on using the $5,000 he received to research “attitudes of able-bodied Canadians when they see people like him.”
Because of the fire that burns above the water, the fountain doesn't freeze, even in the middle of the winter.
The flame is often confused with the Eternal Flame; however, it does not burn eternally. It may sometimes be extinguished due to bad weather or for maintenance purposes. In 2002, for example, during the G8 protest, Prime Minister Jean Chrétien made the decision to have the flame extinguished and the monument covered in order to avoid any damage. It was covered by a welded steel lid attached to concrete.
Driving Downtown - City Of Newark 4K - New Jersey USA
Driving Downtown Streets - Market Street - Newark New Jersey USA - Episode 32.
Starting Point: . Route: .
Newark is the largest city (by population) in the U.S. state of New Jersey, and the county seat of Essex County.[25][26] One of the nation's major air, shipping, and rail hubs, the city had a population of 277,140 in 2010.
Much of the city's retail and commercial developments are centered on Broad Street (the city's widest north/south boulevard, which once carried streetcars headed for Elizabeth and points south) and Market Street. The intersection of the two streets, known as Four Corners is widely considered to be one of the busiest in the state and at one time was considered the busiest in the country.[3]
Both Broad Street and Market Street are a bustle of activity crowded with numerous shops. Broad Street has many street vendors as well. At night however the streets are vacant and shops are closed. The City of Newark is committed to turning downtown into a 24-hour city, and the downtown area is slowly beginning to develop a 24-hour presence. The former Hahne's and Lefcourt buildings are going to be converted into condominiums beginning in 2005.[needs update] Rutgers–Newark has built a six hundred bed dorm on Central Avenue. An old office building on Clinton Street has already successfully been converted to luxury lofts. Additionally, 1180 Raymond across from Military Park - Newark's second tallest building - completed a $150 million conversion to luxury apartments in 2006.
Located in the heart of New Jersey's Gateway Region, Newark is the second-largest city in the New York metropolitan area, approximately 8 miles (13 km) west of Manhattan. Port Newark, the major container shipping terminal in the Port of New York and New Jersey, is the largest on the East Coast. Newark Liberty International Airport was the first municipal commercial airport in the United States, and today is one of its busiest.[27][28][29]
Newark is headquarters to numerous corporations, such as Prudential Financial, Audible.com, Panasonic Corporation of North America and PSEG. It is also home to several universities, such as Rutgers–Newark (including the law school and medical school), the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Seton Hall University's Law School. Among others, its cultural and sports venues include the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the Prudential Center, and the Bears & Eagles Riverfront Baseball Stadium.
Newark is divided into five political wards, and contains neighborhoods ranging in character from bustling urban districts to quiet suburban enclaves. Newark's Branch Brook Park is the oldest county park in the United States and is home to the nation's largest collection of cherry blossom trees, numbering over 5,000.
Economy
More than 100,000 people commute to Newark each workday,[99] making it the state's largest employment center with many white-collar jobs in insurance, finance, import-export, health-care, and government.[100] As a major courthouse venue including federal, state, and county facilities, it is home to more than 1,000 law firms. The city is also a college town, with nearly 50,000 students attending the city's universities and medical and law schools.[101][102] Its airport, maritime port, rail facilities, and highway network make Newark the busiest transshipment hub on the East Coast in terms of volume.[103][104]
Though Newark is not the industrial colossus of the past, the city does have a considerable amount of industry and light manufacturing.[105] The southern portion of the Ironbound, also known as the Industrial Meadowlands, has seen many factories built since World War II, including a large Anheuser-Busch brewery that opened in 1951 and distributed 7.5 million barrels of beer in 2007.[106] The service industry is also growing rapidly, replacing those in the manufacturing industry, which was once Newark's primary economy. In addition, transportation has become a large business in Newark, accounting for more than 17,000 jobs in 2011.[107]
How to Fight your Red Light Camera Ticket and Why
If you are considering fighting your red light camera ticket, this video contains important information about evidence you need to establish at your hearing in order to win.
It also addresses safety concerns (spoiler alert: red light cameras make us less safe) and the use of bare bones yellow light times in order to obtain more violations and make the camera programs profitable.
**05/03/2018** Update: The Florida Supreme Court has upheld red light cameras as valid. Now winning or not will have to be examined on a jurisdiction by jurisdiction basis:
**10/16/2017** Update: The Florida Supreme Court has granted Oral Argument on RLCs. They are scheduled for 2/7/18 at 9:00am in the Jimenez v. State case:

Tyrant Alert !! Assaulted by Upper Merion Police
Assault - The crime or tort of threatening or attempting to inflict immediate offensive physical contact or bodily harm that one has the present ability to inflict and puts the victim in fear of such harm or contact. There was an Industrial Accident in my town and, as a citizen journalist, I wanted to film and document the scene. When I arrived at the scene, the road was open to the public. The police had tapped off a few homes front yards on the right, but again, the road and to the left was open. I walked past numerous police and towards the scene when 2 police walk towards me telling me I need to leave the area I was in. I tried to inform them their weak attempt of tapping off the scene was so poorly done in order to stop any confusion or issues. Well, when a citizen ( their boss ) tries and inform a tyrant officer they are in the wrong, the tyrant always escalate it and they turn into the bully they really are. After I was assaulted many times, I got pissed. One of these days I will learn how to handle a bully with grace.....It is a real shame cops egos get bruised so easily. I have filed a complaint, but we already know the response...We have investigated ourselves and found we have done nothing wrong...I will let you all know if their response is other then the standard non accountable joke.

Children are our future and what we do for them to make their lives better as children they will become better people in the long run. My personal belief is that the children in this neighbourhood will become good friends with many people in the United States and the gap between Florida and Cuba will grow closer and closer because we'll have more friends and people on each side of the ocean that will want to break down the barriers that stand in between us.

STORYLINE:
Hundreds of children in Havana, Cuba have been enjoying the first playground donated and built by Americans.
The project was organised by a Baltimore based group called It's Just the Kids, which plans to build several similar playgrounds in Cuba's capital city.
Fifty Americans travelled to the island to help assemble the equipment.
The group waited four years for approval to build the playground.
In recent weeks Washington announced tighter restrictions for people-to-people programs which have allowed Americans to travel to Cuba for humanitarian or academic reasons since the 1960's.
Programs like It's Just the Kids would be directly affected by the new measures.
Project coordinator Dale Franklin vowed to continue applying for permits in the hope they would be granted.
The first playground was built in the municipality of Regla, a neighbourhood just across the harbour from Old Havana.
One-hundred and fifty Cuban volunteers joined the 50 Americans in building the facility in just under one week.
