17th Century Canals of Amsterdam - UNESCO World Heritage Site
A tour of the UNESCO World Heritage 17th century canals of Amsterdam, south and west of the city between the Singel and the Singelgracht canal. This area isn't the old medieval city, it's the newer, expanded area of Amsterdam from the 17th century when the city was running out of space. And how else would you expect the Dutch to create more space - by draining a marsh, digging canals and making it beautiful of course!

Amsterdam Netherlands Travel Tour 4K HD
I solo traveled to Amsterdam, Netherlands and walked around the canals and central areas. This virtual tour of Amsterdam was filmed in June on a bit of an overcast day. The red light district of Amsterdam is only available at night and this was filmed during the day.

Walking in VENICE / Italy - San Marco and Rialto - 4K 60fps (UHD)
The famous Piazza San Marco in Venice is our starting point for this walk during the carnaval. We quickly check some costume show first and walk across the plaza entering the side streets.
Exploring Venice we eventually go to the beautiful Rialto bridge and walk around the canals there before we return to San Marco Plaza.

Y'en A Marre live @ World Cinema Amsterdam (August 24 2014)
This song was performed at Rialto cinema Amsterdam after the screening of the short documentary Quitte Le Pouvoir by Dutch director Aida Grovestins. Quitte Le Pouvoir is a portrait of the Senegalese hip hop band Y'en A Marre and their nonviolent protest against the re-election of president Abdoulaye Wade in 2012. Members of the band were present during the screening and gave a short performance afterwards.

With more than 25 new films CinemAsia offers a broad range of contemporary Asian cinema with both exciting blockbusters and arthouse films with a dynamic visions and voices. Expect Korean zombies, Filipino Beauty Queens and an Indian feminist comedy, among others. To celebrate the 10th edition, selected well-known personalities from the cultural and arts sector, from the Netherlands picked their favourite Asian film. So besides contemporary films, CinemAsia will also be screening essential classics from the Asian film history.
CinemAsia isn’t only about cinema though. The festival also focuses on Asian culture and entertainment with a variety of fun and informative events such as Food & Film, Rainbow Karaoke, panel discussions, the Asian Bazaar and an extensive LGBT program.
