Roman Wreck Dive in Italy! Scuba Dive with Tamera's Travels
This was seriously the coolest scuba dive I’ve ever done! I’ve scuba dived in the US off California, in the Caribbean (Grand Turks and St. Thomas islands), The Great Barrier Reef in Australia and now the amazing Roman Wreck Dive off the coast of Naples in Italy. Subaia was a great company and I highly recommend this dive site (not sponsored). This is why I travel.

Scuba Diving on a 2000 Year Old Ancient Roman Shipwreck. Albenga, Italy
Roman-era cargo ship found in Albenga, was a vessel used for the transport of goods, 40 m long and 12 m wide; it could carry around 11,000 / 13,000 wine amphorae and various types of ceramics.
Some were found intact, others only in fragments made up of funds and hills
They contained for the most part wine, but amphorae with peanut residues were also found.
It is about 40m deep
It dates back to the first century AD

Scuba Diving Mexico Reef Diving in Cozumel
Welcome to my channel, I hope you enjoy watching all the kayak fishing around the UK, mostly in the North Sea - in the sea and river, fishing for cod, bass, tope, dogfish, smoothound, thornback ray, whiting, wrasse and anything else I can target There's scuba diving off the North Norfolk Coast and Suffolk, wreck diving, reef diving, river diving, even Cenote Diving, in the Red Sea off Egypt, the Mediterranean off Malta and Gozo and in Mexico, Brazil, Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, Pembrokeshire in Wales, Swanage and Plymouth and of course the diving with sharks in South Africa. There's kayaking too, including surfing sailing and touring in the UK and abroad and a bit of snorkelling, Plenty of videos too of me fiddling with and driving my classic car, a 1973 Triumph Spitfire and other cars get a look in too. There's cooking, eating, travelling around various cities in Europe - Berlin in Germany, Naples and Rome in Italy, plus the Vatican; Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and elsewhere in Bulgaria; Lefkosia / Nicosia and much of Cyprus, Krakow in Poland, there's Malta too. Istanbul in Turkey just outside Europe too, and Egypt around Hurghada. Further afield there's a bit of South Africa and Latin America with the Mayan Riviera of Mexico and Rio de Janeiro, Paraty and Isla Grande in Brazil. There's even a bit of Northern Ireland and parts of England mixed in with the nonsense of East Anglia in a camper van with my daughters! Day trip from Positano - Snorkelling in an Underwater City
It's been a month since my last video! My camera broke and had to be sent away for repair.
Four of us managed to get the same day off work so we planned an exciting day out. We drove to Baia in Naples, about a 2 hour drive from Positano. The area is full of archeological sites and volcanic craters, so there is a lot to do.
Most interesting is the underwater city that used to be a Roman Spa town and sank due to seismic activity in the 1500's. You can book a tour and dive or snorkel or ever go in a glass bottomed boat to see the city under the bay.
You can book a tour at any of the dive centres in town or online.
Don't go on a Monday!

Editing Service: Scuba Diving in Capri, Italy
A short highlights video I edited for a client after they brought back their underwater GoPro footage from scuba diving in Capri, Italy.
I see so many people with GoPros diving these days and the comment I always hear is I have the footage but don't know what to do with it now - and that's the problem. It's easy to shoot loads of video, but when you get home do hobbyists have the ability to turn it into something fun and entertaining? Often not.
That's why I am now offering a seriously affordable, simple editing service to turn people's footage into something shareable. and something you can look back on for years to come. This includes music, color correction, digital stabilization and subtitles if desired - above or below water! Contact me if you're interested :)

ITALY: ROME: DAREDEVILS DIVE INTO THE RIVER TIBER
Italian/Eng/Nat
In Italy, three men have seen in the New Year with a bit of a splash.
In keeping with tradition, the three daredevils jumped from Rome's Cavour bridge into the murky River Tiber.
For more than forty years, shivering divers have stood on this bridge, getting ready to leap into the Tiber.
Despite the bad weather, a crowd has gathered to watch the annual plunge.
The first man to go, 46-year-old Egyptian Samir Bishara, has done this seven times before.
He took antibiotics 24 hours before the plunge just as a precaution.
The second diver was Aldo Corrieri , who's been taking part in this ceremony for 11 years. He once got an infection from the polluted water.
Giuseppe Palmondi was the final diver. He didn't take any medication and protected himself from the cold by smearing an oily cream on his skin.
They emerged from the water cold but pleased they had made the plunge.
SOUNDBITE:
I can't get a big performance because we had a little wind and it effected our balance. Anyhow it is OK.
SUPER CAPTION: Samir Bishara
SOUNDBITE:
It went fairly well. The water was so so. Let's hope next year we will do a better one.
SUPER CAPTION: Aldo Corrieri
SOUNDBITE:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
SUPER CAPTION: Giuseppe Palmondi
Once more the divers made it and the polluted waters of the Tiber keep on flowing between dirty riverbanks.

SNORKELING IN ITALY- LUCRINO
We went Snorkeling!
We visited Naples for 10 days. While we were there, we decided that we would visit the neighboring city, Lucrino, to give snorkeling a go!
I had never snorkeled before, so it was really a thrill!
We took our tour through Centro Sub Campi Flegrei. You can choose both the snorkeling option or the scuba option. Because neither of us are certified (and it was more expensive!) we decided to do snorkeling!
You can book your trip through their website here:
Have fun and happy travels!!
