Sicily: Ragusa & Siracusa with Sarah Murdoch | Rick Steves Travel Talks
Southeastern Sicily gets overlooked by many travelers. And that's a shame. In this travel talk, Rick Steves' Europe co-author and tour guide Sarah Murdoch explains why the sleepy, historic hill town of Ragusa is a wonderful home base for touring this undiscovered corner of Sicily, with side-trips to pristine Noto and chocolate-crazy Modica. Then we'll visit Siracusa, from the ruins of ancient Syracuse to the appealing old-town island of Ortigia. Sarah also offers an explanation of Sicily's unique cuisine and aficionado-pleasing wines.

Best adventure team building in Sicily: Etna Buggy Challenge
Are you looking for new corporate event ideas or adventure incentive programs? Are you are going to plan some Team Building Activities in Italy to add your mice events? Don't miss the chance to enjoy a terrific Etna Buggy Challenge... as destination management company we will help you deepen the knowledge of Sicily from a different point of view!
Etna Buggy Challenge gets you on Mount Etna, the tallest active volcano in Europe (3.329 m – 10.922 ft). It was
added to the list of Unesco World Heritage Sites in June 2013.
This Team Building will give you the opportunity to discover his majesty Mount Etna in the funniest way!
The group will be split into teams of two; every team will drive a 4x4 dune buggy in a basalt quarry with black volcanic sand floor.
Then teams will experience a drive to Silvestri Craters, some gorgeous extinguished craters on the South side of the Etna volcano. We use to combine this team building activity with other adventure activities and with a terrific lunch at one of the best restaurants in the area of Mt. Etna.
This team building incentive idea is dynamic, challenging and loaded with business related metaphors: a powerful way to unite your group, to think strategically, improve your team's problem-solving and creativity skills.
Etna Buggy Challenge can be tailored to fit your need and easily added to a corporate event or a multiple days incentive trip in Sicily.
For further information you may have about this Etna Buggy Challenge and other team building activities or corporate travel packages please visit our website:

Sicily, myth in an island of brigthness
The meeting with Sicily in these early days will be an experience that will
held for the rest of your life. Your senses will be captured by what surround you: the colors of a surprising nature, the scent of the sea, the smells of the countryside that still today in this corner of Sicily marks the timing and the pace of life. You can listen to the sounds of the Sicilian language accompanied by ancient gestures which will make you feel like a theatrical play.
