LONDON A DREAM DESTINATION TIME-LAPSE
London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom, is a 21st-century city with history stretching back to Roman times. At its centre stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘Big Ben’ clock tower and Westminster Abbey, site of British monarch coronations. Across the Thames River, the London Eyeobservation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex, and the entire city.

THAMES TOWN China builds FAKE British town
Thames Town 泰晤士小鎮; pinyin: tài wù shì xiǎo zhèn is a new town in Songjiang District, about 30 kilometres (19 mi) from central Shanghai.
It is named after the River Thames in London, United Kingdom. The architecture is themed according to classic British market town styles. There are cobbled streets, Victorian terraces, corner shops and red telephone boxes.
The architectural firm of Atkins was given responsibility for planning Songjiang New City and designing Thames Town. The main developers for the town were Shanghai Songjiang New City Construction and Development, and Shanghai Henghe Real Estate. Thames Town was completed in 2006, occupying an area of 1 square kilometre and designed for a population of 10,000.
It cost 5 billion yuan to construct.
An imitation of English market town styles
The town consists mostly of low-density, single-family housing, with few commercial premises or community facilities. Although the houses sold rapidly, most purchases were by the relatively wealthy, as investments or second homes, and house prices rose to a high level. The proportion of owners taking up permanent residence was low, and Business Insider described it as a virtual ghost town. Nevertheless, a similar English-style town is planned near Beijing.
Some of the architecture has been directly copied from buildings found in England, including the church (modeled on Christ Church, Clifton Down in Bristol) a pub and fish and chip shop (copied from buildings in Lyme Regis, Dorset). and The Cross in Chester.
The town has become very popular as a location for wedding photography, with the church and main square often used as a backdrop.

Hot Water Beach - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year - Backpacker Guide New Zealand
Day 8: We’re digging our own hot pool at Hot Water Beach in the Coromandel! That’s today’s activity on New Zealand’s Biggest Gap Year where we do 365 Days: 365 Activities.
Yesterday - Day 7 -
Tomorrow – Day 9 –
About this video:
We’re in the Coromandel region of New Zealand! Today’s activity is to dig our very own hot pool at Hot Water Beach. An underwater spring feeds hot water and emerges under the sand. We need to dig to get to the Hot Water Beach hot pool then let the ocean cool down the temperature.
To get to Hot Water Beach in the Coromandel, we hire bikes from the Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park, as well as some spades to dig a hole! We bike to Hot Water Beach, find the perfect spot, and start digging our hot pool. Or at least, one of us does!
After relaxing on Hot Water Beach and taking in the Coromandel scenery, we hop back on our bikes and cycle through the forest. Next, we head back to the Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park.

How To Find a Job In New Zealand....The Big Secret Revealed!
Today I want to give away a very big secret about how to find a job in New Zealand or Australia as an immigrant.
This is very helpful information if you are an immigrant looking for a job while still offshore – in your old country.
A few years ago, I worked as a remuneration consultant. My work involved the job markets in New Zealand and Australia.
I gathered data from other employers in New Zealand and Australia.
Then, I analysed that data and made recommendations to employers in both countries on the remuneration packages to offer their employees.
In this analysis of the job markets is a big secret about finding a job in New Zealand or Australia.
I found two big factors in this data:
1. That the clear majority of employers employs less than 20 people.
2. The clear majority of the employers – over 85% of them – would hire people NOT for skills, experience or qualifications, but for attributes such as attitude, personality, dependability, loyalty, enthusiasm and interest.
These thousands small businesses made up the backbone of these economies.
Herein lies the secret about finding a job in New Zealand or Australia.
Given this information then, the secret in finding a job with most of these employers is NOT in sending a CV which depict and is focused on your skills, experience and qualifications.
Rather, it is getting to these people with the human to human interaction and displaying the things which they highly value: attributes such as a positive attitude, enthusiasm, interest, dependability, responsibility, etc.
That is the secret – getting through to these people require a different STRATEGY than sending your CV to them.
As a prospective immigrant who are still offshore, you have a problem.
How do you get to interact with these businesses personally if you cannot visit your destination country?
Your answer is duel fold:
1. The right tools – a unique immigrant’s LinkedIn profile
2. Applying it with the right unique immigrant’s job finding strategy.
These strategies will have to be applied correctly to be successful at finding a job in New Zealand or Australia.
The secret is this.....
It is not in just having a strategic immigrant’s CV and Unique Immigrant’s LinkedIn Profile.
The secret is in what you DO with what you have.
Just sending your CV – and also the wrong CV – to job ads will not be successful at finding a job in New Zealand or Australia because of this secret.
You need a strategic immigrant’s CV.
The job markets are made up of small businesses who value the personal touch.
This is applicable in New Zealand and Australia, and to some extent in Canada as well, or anywhere where the economy is made up of these small businesses.
I do not just create CVs and LinkedIn profiles specifically designed for immigrants.
I also provide a research report for your special situation and many other resources.
These all need to be used together for finding a job in New Zealand or Australia.
You can contact me here to find out how I can help you.

ABOUT LONDON_______________
London (/ˈlʌndən/ (About this sound listen)) is the capital and most populous city of England and the United Kingdom.[7][8] Standing on the River Thames in the south east of the island of Great Britain, London has been a major settlement for two millennia. It was founded by the Romans, who named it Londinium.[9] London's ancient core, the City of London, largely retains its 1.12-square-mile (2.9 km2) medieval boundaries. Since at least the 19th century, London has also referred to the metropolis around this core, historically split between Middlesex, Essex, Surrey, Kent and Hertfordshire,[10][11][12] which today largely makes up Greater London,[13][14][note 1] a region governed by the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.[15][note 2][16]
London is a leading global city[17][18] in the arts, commerce, education, entertainment, fashion, finance, healthcare, media, professional services, research and development, tourism and transportation.[19][20][21] It is the world's largest financial centre[22][23][24][25] and has the fifth or sixth largest metropolitan area GDP in the world.[note 3][26][27] London is often regarded as a world cultural capital.[28][29][30] It is the world's most-visited city as measured by international arrivals[31] and has the world's largest city airport system measured by passenger traffic.[32] It is the world's leading investment destination,[33][34][35][36] hosting more international retailers[37][38] and ultra high-net-worth individuals[39][40] than any other city. London's universities form the largest concentration of higher education institutes in Europe.[41] In 2012, London became the first city to have hosted the modern Summer Olympic Games three times.[42]
London has a diverse range of people and cultures, and more than 300 languages are spoken in the region.[43] Its estimated mid-2016 municipal population (corresponding to Greater London) was 8,787,892,[3] the largest of any city in the European Union[44] and accounting for 13.4% of the UK population.[45] London's urban area is the second most populous in the EU, after Paris, with 9,787,426 inhabitants at the 2011 census.[46] The city's metropolitan area is the most populous in the EU with 14,040,163 inhabitants in 2016,[note 4][2] while the Greater London Authority states the population of the city-region (covering a large part of the south east) as 22.7 million.[47][48] London was the world's most populous city from around 1831 to 1925.[49]
London contains four World Heritage Sites: the Tower of London; Kew Gardens; the site comprising the Palace of Westminster, Westminster Abbey, and St Margaret's Church; and the historic settlement of Greenwich (in which the Royal Observatory, Greenwich defines the Prime Meridian, 0° longitude, and GMT).[50] Other landmarks include Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, St Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Trafalgar Square and The Shard. London is home to numerous museums, galleries, libraries, sporting events and other cultural institutions, including the British Museum, National Gallery, Natural History Museum, Tate Modern, British Library and West End theatres.[51] The London Underground is the oldest underground railway network in the world.
