ANDEANsolrocks (MOTHER EARTH): Caves of Keash, Co Sligo,Ireland: Christina Oss LaBang(Oct09)
All the way across the oceans, I found myself in The Caves of Keash in Sligo County, Ireland. These caves are on the side of a mountain and filled with light of the sun and rain. The camera caught the Light, shadow, faces, and shapes along with the dripping water from the stone ceilings. Mary Branley, my Irish friend/ guide/poet/seer, teacher, author, and great musician and me, Christina photographer and witness to Light went to the caves to see what we could see. Instead we experienced Light that shifted second by second and we both knew that we stood in the Light of the Divine.
Pachamama ( The spirit of Mother Earth) lives in the temple on the Island of Amantani on the Bolivian side of Lake Titicaca. In Peru or Ireland, Pachamama shares her Love and Light with us and releases us from our pain. The heart of feminine energy for the world beats here. This is the Temple of the Mother. She is the living oracle to our planet. Pachamama knows our history, origin, and our beginning. She is MOTHER EARTH and whatever you surrender to her, she will turn into abundance. When you turn to leave, relinquish your heart and dreams to her. Cry and tell her how much you love her. She is the Mother of your Earth. Thank her. When she releases her gifts to you, you will know the meaning of Love. You are home. (Andeansolrocks)
Helicopter crash: Ireland coastguard helicopter crash leaves one dead, three missing - TomoNews
MAYO, IRELAND — An Irish coastguard helicopter pilot died and three crew members were missing after a helicopter crashed off the coast of Ireland during a rescue operation on early Tuesday.
The crashed helicopter was a Dublin-based Sikorsky S92. It was sent to provide top cover for a Sligo-based Irish coastguard helicopter responding to a distress call from a crewman on a UK fishing vessel about 150 miles west of Eagle Island, off the coast of Mayo.
The Dublin helicopter was helping the Sligo helicopter communicate with the base at Malin, as the location of the fishing vessel was too far out for the first helicopter to stay within communication range.
The Sligo helicopter successfully completed the medical evacuation. However, the Dublin helicopter lost contact at around 1 a.m. while it was heading to a refueling depot. It is believed the helicopter crashed six miles west of Blacksod.
One of the pilots on the Dublin helicopter, Captain Dara Fitzpatrick was found alive in waters off the Mayo coast on Tuesday morning, but later died in hospital. The search for other three crew members continues.
