The Holiday Home Sea Esta with Sea View in the city of Krk offers accommodation for 6 to 8 persons. The entire house was renovated until July 2019.
250 m2 of living space on 2 floors and a plot of 600 m2 guarantee total privacy and comfort for your stay in Krk.
The ground floor consists of:
- Living room
- separate kitchen with dishwasher and dining room
- a single room
- small bathroom with shower
- covered terrace with dining table and chairs.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where the following rooms are located:
- 2 large double bedrooms
- large bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, toilet,
and bidet
- single room
- Balcony with patio furniture (the old white plastic seating group is
still renewed).
Spend a barbecue evening in the garden and end the day with a glass of Zlahtina (white wine).
The property is completely fenced and has space for 4 cars.
Sea Esta is ideally located in a quiet street above the fishing port, at only 250 meters from the sea and the city center of Krk.
In just 300 meters there is a shopping center with a supermarket, fishing, market, butcher, bakery, currency exchange office and other shops.
Directly in the harbor below the house, there is both a gas station and a gas station for boats.
Stroll through the harbor and the old town in the evening or drive over the island and get to know other places on the island.
Take a boat trip to the neighboring islands of Rab, Pag or Cres.

Ciklona Dorothy 14.Nov.2004. - Hurricane force Bura
Deep low pressure Dorothy in South Adriatic and strong high pressure above NE Europe brought huge difference in pressure over Croatian Adriatic. Isobar's were ideally perpendicular to coastal mountains. everything was set for Perfect Storm.
Bura is katabatic (fall) wind which slides down the coastal mountains and accelerates, same as known Santa Ana wind in California, but Croatian Bura is much stronger, one of the strongest winds on the planet.
Bura is strongest below Velebit massif were gusts up to 307km/h (191mp/h).
This event didn't break absolute speed record but brought incredible average wind speed over long period of time. Maslenica station had 150km/h (93mp/h) average wind during almost 24h! Highest gust were reaching 280km/h (174mp/h).
This clip was recorded on the usually quite well protected part of Novigrad sea, that is not directly exposed to waves. Wind speed was reaching at the time 200km/h. Unfortunately Velebit channel was unreachable because of raging storm and extremely dangerous wind, all roads were closed.

Бол (хорв. Bol) — посёлок и одноимённая община на острове Брач в Хорватии, административно относящаяся к Сплитско-Далматинской жупании. Один из популярнейших курортов Адриатики. Население — 1647 человек в самом посёлке и 1661 человек с учётом деревни Мурвица, которая вместе с Болом составляет общину.
Название Бол происходит от латинского слова «vallum», означающего крепостное укрепление или опорный пункт.

Брач (хорв. Brač, итал. Brazza, лат. Brattia) — остров в Адриатическом море, в южной части Хорватии, возле далматинского побережья.
Население острова — 14 тыс. чел.. Самые большие населенные пункты — города Супетар, Пучишче (Pučišća), Бол (Bol), Сутиван (Sutivan), Сумартин (Sumartin), Селца (Selca) и др. Супетар расположен в северной части острова напротив Сплита, Пучишче в северо-восточной части, Бол — на южном побережье, Сутиван — на северо-западном, а Сумартин и Селца — на восточном.
От соседних островов Брач отделён морскими протоками: от о. Хвар — Хварским каналом, от о. Шолта — проливом Сплитские ворота, а от побережья — Брачским каналом. Остров связан с материком паромными линиями Супетар — Сплит и Сумартин — Макарска. Из г. Бол в г. Йелса на о. Хвар ходит пассажирское судно на подводных крыльях.
После Первой мировой войны остров Брач стал частью Югославии. После распада последней в 1990 году остров стал частью независимой Хорватии.
Остров Брач известен своим мягким средниземноморским климатом, песчаными и галечными пляжами, сосновыми рощами и красивыми пейзажами, что делает его привлекательным курортом.
Особую славу острову принесли каменоломни недалеко от г. Пучишче, где добывают белый «брачский камень», представляющий собой особый известняк белоснежного цвета. Брачским камнем облицованы многие знаменитые здания по всему миру, среди прочих — дворец Диоклетиана в Сплите и Белый дом в Вашингтоне.
Из брачского камня также изготавливаются поделки, служащие туристам сувенирами. Основное занятие местного населения — туристический сервис, рыбный промысел, виноградарство, производство оливкового масла, добыча и обработка брачского камня.
