Relocating to Arkansas | The Natural State
Why people choose to relocate to Arkansas.
The people and towns in of Arkansas have been shaped by a long tradition of agriculture -- a bit of the Old South is still alive there. On the state's western edge, Fort Smith was once a military outpost on the nation's frontier. Today visitors can explore its Wild West history. The world's largest retailer, Wal-Mart, is headquartered in Bentonville. That city and nearby Rogers, Springdale, Conway and Fayetteville make up one of America's fastest-growing metropolitan areas. Eureka Springs, in the Ozark Mountains, and Hot Springs, in the Ouachita Mountains, are two spa cities that have long drawn vacationers in search of healing and relaxation. It’s enough to make you think about how to relocate to another state; luckily, Arkansas relocation opportunities run the gamut of choices. Those who want to live in Arkansas will find everything from larger cities to small towns in Arkansas, from metropolitan areas to agricultural settings, from action-packed Fayetteville night clubs to rejuvenating Hot Springs spas, there's something for everyone in Arkansas.

Number 9 Memphis, Tennessee
Though Memphis is still a massive city, its numbers are rapidly declining.
Back in the 1950s, there were around 7,780 people per square mile living in the city. That’s a stark difference with the 1,915 citizens per square mile in 2014. What’s worse, when winter comes, the weather often reaches concerning freezing temperatures.
Number 8 Little Rock, Arkansas
On paper, Little Rock should be an ideal place to live. The unemployment rates are as low as 3%, and homes are genuinely affordable. There are, however, a number of growing issues that affects its population.
Number 7 Baltimore, Maryland
Baltimore has developed a rather negative reputation over the past few decades. The figure rests at 2,027 versus the state’s average, which is only 500. In one year, almost half of all reported in Maryland came exclusively from Baltimore. In 2017, 41.1% of these offenses originated solely from this city.
Number 6 Antony, New Mexico
Antony in New Mexico has one of the worst rates in all of the United States. It’s no wonder, then, that its citizens are moving to other states and cities in search of better prospects. More than 48% of Las Cruces families are considered to be below the poverty line, which translates to nearly half of its population! Not only that but the cost of living is far higher than the average salary, which means that making ends meet is a genuine struggle for most citizens. The median household income is a mere $24,398, while property values average around $84,300.
Number 5 Oakland, California
It’s undeniable that Oakland beats San Francisco when it comes to property prices. However, those citizens who are looking to save a few dollars on rent might want to think twice before moving to the Bright Side of the Bay. Oakland’s statistics far exceed those in San Francisco and, in fact, most other cities in the US.
Number 4 Atlanta, Georgia
The situation is set to reach new lows, as a tent city is growing in Atlanta’s Midtown region. It’s no wonder people are resorting to such dire measures, with Atlanta’s eviction rates being among the highest in the entire US. Fulton, the central county in Atlanta, sent eviction notices to 22% of its citizens, though that number rises to 40% when it comes to African-American households.
Number 3 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
These chances are also higher than the national average, at 141%. Poverty and unemployment are also on the rise. 26% of all families in the city find themselves below the poverty line and this is far higher than the national average. The income per capita is worse than the median in the rest of Pennsylvania, making this a city with few opportunities for growth.
Number 1 Gary, Indiana
Gary was once nicknamed “The City of the Century”, and it showed great promise for a bright future. However, it didn’t manage to live up to its expectations. Nowadays, it’s been dubbed the most miserable city in America, and for good reasons. Between 2010 and 2018, it lost over 6% of its population, and those who remain must deal with the fact that 36% of households live below the poverty line. Unemployment is also raging, with 7.2% of its population being unable to find or hold down jobs. To compare, the median unemployment ratio on a national level is just 3.9%. Not only is it hard to get employed in Gary, but salaries are also low. The average income per resident is around $15.983 per year, which is almost twice as low as the national standard.

THREE Deceptions Satan the Devil Uses to Deceive Humanity
Get this book shipped to you for FREE now!: Satan's Counterfeit Christianity
Can you imagine public schools in the United States supporting Satan the devil? In October 2016, the Portland, Oregon chapter of The Satanic Temple won permission from local authorities to bring its after-school program, called “After School Satan,” to Sacramento Elementary School in the Parkrose School District. CBS News reported, “Doug Mesner, the Satanic Temple’s co-founder, told USA Today that the group has reached out to nine school districts located near local Satanic Temple chapters and is targeting schools that ‘have hosted, or are now hosting, Good News Clubs.’ He said that since the Washington Post first reported on the program, the Satanic Temple has been inundated with emails from potential volunteers looking to help establish After School Satan clubs.” SOURCE:
Does it matter that some of America’s children are learning to worship Satan? Does a spirit being named Satan really exist? Or is he just the imagination of artists, sculptors, and fiction writers? My friends, one of the greatest deceptions would be the idea that this deceiver does not really exist. When we review the history of the world, and the deceptions of various religions we find strong evidence that the devil called Satan has been very active in history, and that he is very active even now. Have you been deceived? Your Bible makes this astounding statement: REVELATION 12:9,
“So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world.”
My friends, you need to know the truth. Your Bible warns of even greater deceptions to come. Will you and your family be deceived? You need to know the devil’s deadly deceptions, and you need to BEWARE!
Stay tuned!
Have you ever been deceived? All around us, countless con artists are out to defraud and to steal. Law enforcement agencies continually warn us of scams and deceptive practices that rob unsuspecting victims.
But there is one major sector of our lives that requires even more vigilance on our part. One of the greatest and most pervasive forms of deception is that of religious deception. Your Bible warns us to beware of the great deceiver called in your Bible the serpent, Satan the Devil. If you have your Bible, turn to 2 CORINTHIANS 11:13. The Apostle Paul warned the Corinthian Church against false religious ministers: “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! [Listen to this!] For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.”
The devil has many disguises. He counterfeits himself as an angel of light. Others present him as goat-headed. In August of 2018, members of the Satanic Temple in Little Rock, Arkansas, protested the Ten Commandments with their so-called “Baphomet” statue, a creature with the horns and head of a goat, with a young boy and girl on either side, in his arms, under his wings. Is the Satanic Temple trying to deceive? One news report described their Baphomet protest in this way: “The Satanic Temple says its mission is to encourage benevolence and empathy among all people, reject tyrannical authority, advocate practical common sense and justice, and be directed by the human conscience to undertake noble pursuits guided by the individual will.” (SOURCE: “Satanic Temple rallies at capitol in Little Rock,” WMCActionNews5.com, August 17, 2018)
Will you be deceived? Does Satan represent benevolence and empathy? Your Bible says that Satan and his demons have vast powers and will even fight in an unseen spirit war as it tells us in Revelation 12:7, “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.”

Old Mill Park North little Rock Arkansas (4)
he Old Mill, located at Fairway Ave. & Lakeshore Drive in North Little Rock, is a historic re-creation of an 1880's water-powered grist mill. The mill was seen in the opening scenes of David Selznick's 1937 movie classic Gone With The Wind, and is believed to be the only remaining structure from the film. Admission to The Old Mill is free, and the hours of operation are from sunrise to sunset.
The Old Mill, also known as Pugh's Mill, was built in 1933 by Justin Matthews as a replica of an old-water-powered grist mill. The mill was designed to appear as if it belonged in Arkansas and had been here since the 1800s. It is made largely from tinted concrete work over steel and copper rods made to represent wood, iron or stone, and features sculptures by Mexican artist Senor Dionicio Rodriguez.
The Old Mill was nationally recognized in 1986 by being placed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was also presented with the Greater Little Rock Historic Preservation Award by the Quapaw Quarter Association.
The grist mill on the first floor dates back to 1828, and some mill rocks on the second floor came from the plantation of Tom Knoble, the grandfather of Tom Pugh, in whose honor the Mill is dedicated. There are also two original milestones from a road laid out more than 150 years ago by Jefferson Davis. Along this road, the Cherokee and Choctaw Indians traveled from the present town of Dardanelle into the Indian territory, now Oklahoma. In addition three sections of a wrought iron shaft were cut from the stern wheel of a passenger steamboat, which traveled the Arkansas River in the 1800's, are used in the mill.
The park is decorated with sculptures of toadstools, tree stumps, and several ornate bridges. Senor Dionico Rodriguez, a sculptor and artist from Mexico City, was responsible for all the details of each piece of concrete work made to represent wood, iron or stone, as well as the designing of the foot bridges and rustic seats. During the summer of 1991, Rodriguez's work at the Old Mill was renovated by the grandson of the original artist, Carlos Cortes
The Old Mill is often used for many outdoor activities including picnicking, relaxing, and even weddings or photo shoots. It is not unheard of for people to choose the Old Mill as a place to say their nuptials and many schools around North Little Rock have their school photos taken there.
A lake stretches into the Lakewood neighborhood below the Old Mill. The architect for the mill and park was Frank Carmean, the artist was Senor Dionicio Rodriguez, and the builder was the Justin Matthews Company.
The Old Mill Park was originally christened the T. R. Pugh Memorial Mill in honor of Thomas R. Pugh, of Portland, Arkansas, a staunch friend and benefactor of Matthews. The Old Mill was given to the City of North Little Rock as a gift by the former Justin Matthews Company on May 24, 1976. Maintained and landscaped by the Pulaski County Master Gardeners and North Little Rock Parks & Recreation, the park includes a variety of tree species including Eastern Redbud, Black Locust, Post Oak, Northern Red Oak, White Oak, and Shortleaf Pine.
Authentic reproduction of an old water-powered grist mill; appears in the opening scene of the classic movie, Gone with the Wind, tour guides available by appointment; popular for outdoor weddings

POLICE OFFICER GIVES WRONG COMMANDS TO EDRICK TRUITT
⚠️WARNING:⚠️???? PBM Police Write-up: Edrick Truitt, had a registered firearm in the rear of his vehicle. How do we know that?! Listen to his charges, two weak ass misdemeanors: loitering and disregarding an official order. Watching this video, I can’t see a judge finding him guilty on “disregarding an official order.” As far as loitering, it’s private property so one of two elements need to have occurred: posted signs, or being advised by the property owner or representative of the gas station that loitering is NOT allowed. BUT, THERE WERE NO FIREARM CHARGES!! The officer almost escalated to the highest level of force. For what, a possible loitering and a registered firearm in the rear of the vehicle?! Keep in mind, Arkansas is an open carry state, as long as your firearm is registered, it’s LEGAL to possess.
NOW, the officer has an individual, Edrick Truitt, at gunpoint in a state that allows its citizens to have a registered firearm. THEN the officer forcefully grabs Edrick‘s arm, pulls hun out of his vehicle and slams him on the ground. For what?!! I wonder if he handles all the citizens of that state whose armed with a registered firearm in the same manner he handled Edrick? Can it be possible that this citizen of the United States of America was exercising his 2nd amendment right to carry a firearm which is allowed in this state?! The firearm was in the rear of the vehicle. Why couldn’t the officer, who was at his highest alert level, verify Edrick’s status to have a firearm WITHOUT being so excessively aggressive?
I talk to teenagers all the time on, “how not to be a victim of an excessively aggressive officer.” I can tell you that THIS is a prime example of how to deal with an officer who FEARS and PERCEIVES you as a threat. This young man, Edrick, continually kept his hands where the officer could see them. He even went to the extent of disregarding the officer’s orders to, “place your hands back into the vehicle and turn the vehicle off.” Edrick said, “nope, I am not moving so you can shoot me!” Think ???? about it, why is the officer is so scared that he has this young man at gunpoint?! Why would the officer instruct Edrick to reach back into the vehicle to turn off the vehicle? I would like to see what the NRA so called, “second amendment protectors” say about this because they were pretty quiet about Philando Castile’s killing by police. If you don’t remember, look it up!!! A licensed gun owner was killed by police after he told the officer, “I have a gun and I’m licensed.” Philando Castile reached for his ID and was shot and killed by officer Jeronimo Yanezin in front of his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, and her four-year-old daughter. Like Edrick’s case, this very well could’ve been a repeated incident!
.
It truly pains me to say this but, “GOOD JOB for not listening to the officer and reaching back into the vehicle. Thank You Edrick Truitt for staying alive and NOT becoming a hashtag. It’s a shame that citizens have to THINK and HELP highly-trained officers who don’t follow their training and procedures. The new slogan should be, “Help police officers to help YOU stay alive when they don’t know what commands to give.” Why do YOU have to think for trained law enforcement officers in order to stay ALIVE. It seems that taxpayers have NO problem paying out billions of dollars in police misconduct; so take this lesson from Edrick, “stay alive and take your fight to the courtroom.” #RIPFernandoCastillo
KGC Billion dollar Treasure waiting to be found
World famous treasure hunter Floyd Mann shares with the AHRF his insights on a billion dollars worth of treasure that was scattered across the United States by A secret organization called the Knight Of The Golden Circle or KGC for short. This group of confederate sympathizers refused to accept the terms of the surrender and started making plans for the south to rise again. But they needed a great amount of money to support a 2nd civil war. So they started collecting, robbing and stealing money, gold, silver, jewelry, arms and ammunition. They buried it around the country in old mining tunnels, pits and holes that they dug. They assigned armed sentries to protect this loot from being found. But by the time they had amassed enough fortune and supplies to fund their second civil war, World War One broke out an ended their plans by uniting the country. Also, most of the KGC had died off by then anyway. But the treasures they buried, which some have estimated to be worth billions if not trillions of dollars, is the stuff that dreams are made of to treasure hunters. Floyd shares some clues as to where to look, what to look for and where to go to get more information. This was presented at our 2005 symposium and Floyd was not given enought time to go every thing he wanted to share with us. If enough people are interested we can try and get him to speak to us again where we can give him enough time to share it all. The AHRF thanks Floyd for taking the time to talk to us. Millionaire's abandoned mansion with all belongings left behind [Entire family evacuated]
Some extended research, I've found the price originally listed in 2008 when it first went up for sale was over $550,000. No current bids are currently online about the residence, but a few different sites estimate the property to be as low as $150,000 now. Others range between $175,000-$220,000. No other information was found on the property owners or anybody who lived here.
One of our best filmed projects yet. We take a walk through a millionaire's mansion, full of every little belonging you could imagine. Full stocked kitchen and decked out bedrooms. Very interesting and makes you wonder what happened in this place.
