Titwala Ganesh Temple, Great Place to visit
The popular Siddhivinayak Mahaganpati Temple is located near Kalyan at Titwala. TheTitwala Ganesh temple is very ancient and built in a typical architectural style of Maharashtra.
The Titwala Ganpati, as it is popularly known, is flooded with devotees from all over Mumbai and nearby places, especially on Tuesdays.
There is also an artificial pond outside the Mandir. Boating can be enjoyed in the pond in evening(Rs. 20 per head including children above three year of age). The boats are 2 seater and 4 seater without Engine. There is a garden surrounding the pond. Arati is held thrice in a day(i.e Morning 5 AM, 12 Noon and Evening 6 PM).
The Prasad can be purchased from the outside the temple starting from Rs. 20 onwards consisting of 1 coconut, Flowers, and Agarbatti etc.

Titwala - These are the commuters from Titwala who came out on track after losing their patience. They asked why morning local trains run late regularly. They were not getting replies to their queries which ultimately resulted in the form of an agitation.
Vivekanand Kanetkar, local representative of K3 Railway Commuters Association, angrily said, “We don’t want this problem on regular basis. Whatever decision has to be taken, it must be taken though if our day is lost.”
