Tver is a Russian city northwest of Moscow, at the junction of the Volga and Tvertsa rivers. Beside the Volga, Tver Regional Art Gallery displays Russian artwork in the grand, 18th-century Tver Imperial Palace.
City Garden park has a Ferris wheel and other rides. Across the river, the Museum of Tver Life displays domestic artifacts. Nearby, the Botanical Garden of Tver State University protects rare plants.

Tver located north of Moscow, Tver was formerly the capital of a powerful medieval state and a model provincial town in the Russian Empire, with a population of 60,000 on January 14, 1913. It is situated at the confluence of the Volga and Tvertsa Rivers. The city was known as Kalinin (Кали́нин) from 1931 to 1990. The city is situated at the conflux of three rivers, splitting the town into northern and southern parts by the Volga River, and then divided up again into quarters by the Tvertsa River, which splits the northern shore into east and west halves, and the Tmaka River which does the same along the southern bank.

A walk around the Russian city of Tver, located 180 kilometres northwest of Moscow. Tver, believed to have been founded in 1135, was one of the most prosperous Russian states in the Medieval times. It was home to Afanasy Nikitin, the first Russian merchant to reach India in the mid-15th century.
Now, Tver, with a population slightly exceeding 400,000, is the administrative center of the Tver Region.

Last year (2018) we left Tver State Medical University where we initially began our journey of MBBS in Russia because of facing a lot of issues, Watch this Video till the End to know more about what problems we faced, and learn how you can avoid such problems if you are looking to do your MBBS from Russia.
PLEASE NOTE :
One more problem that we forgot to mention about Tver State Medical University is that every year almost 20 – 30 Indian students get expelled every year from Tver, who are either forced to come back again next year and pay extra fee or change University *(which only a few students are able to do)* or just leave the degree, stay back in India and do something else.
