Message from Alessandro Pepe:
Born to satisfy my deepest desires, I created Rimessa Roscioli based on on a synthesis of all the things I used to look for on a night out - to stay with my friends, meet new friends, taste good wines and food, share that pleasure with other people, have a cultural experience, and to look for the unexpected.
All the things I know, all my past experiences, all my success and failures have built this unique space. In the last 30 years I've been an actor, a theater director, a documentarist, a writer, a stand up comedian, a waiter, a sommelier. Now at Rimessa, all these things are part of one experience.
And who is it for? Everyone. From casual wine drinkers to collectors and connoisseurs - we have a special experience no matter what your level is.
But what really happens at Rimessa? Whatever you want!

Roasted chestnuts or gelato... nuns and old churches...
Beautiful squares and fountains...
Narrow streets and LOTS and lots of people...
Love is in the air by Piazza di Trevi (and beyond!)...

The Most Amazing Pasta dishes you can eat in Rome | What and Where to eat? Cacio e Pepe & Carbonara
That's Amore! To say @mr.cheatdayeats and I are pasta lovers is an understatement. One of our first trips together was to Rome, Cinque Terra and Florence. We have been itching to get back to Rome especially since our favorite pasta dishes happen to be Roman. We can eat cacio e pepe, carbonara and amatriciana for DAYS and thats exactly what we did!
We decided to research the best of these dishes throughout Rome and ordered them at every restaurant we went to. I was pretty blown away how delicious each one was. It was hard to pick favorites but there were a few that stood out.
Top spots:
Tonneralo
Sparita
Emma
Osteria Da Fortunata
Rosciois
Other spots featured in the video which were also great:
Felice a Testaccio
Trattoria da Danilo
Osteria Barbeini
La Taverna Dei Quaranta (if you are near the Colosseum)
OBVIOUSLY you need to break up all the pasta with some sweets and for this I recommend:
Two Sizes
Giolitti
Fatamorgana
Tiramisu Trastevere

My name is Jessica Hirsch and I travel the world with my business partner and soulmate, Mr.CheatDayEats.
Together we visit different places all over the world to capture and bring to you the most amazing travel and foodie destinations.
As a sponsored Sony Alpha photographer, I spend countless hours editing and producing content for my audiences to enjoy on various different social media platforms. My youtube channel is a great platform for relatively longer versions of my videos that I create compared to my other channels.
I'm a foodie at heart and love to share with my audiences and that's why I decided to leave my teaching career as a high school math teacher in the Bronx in June 2017. There's a link below that goes more in-depth but my partner and I both started this in 2017 and our dream is to keep eating and travelling the world forever and sharing amazing content with you all.
Eating is a great way to connect with different people all over the world and you can learn a lot about a culture through the different food options they have. Everytime I pick a destination to travel, I always consider the culinary aspect behind that destination.
You'll find a steady mix of vlog style, travel 'feels' style videos, food reviews, and more on this page and I always respond to as many comments as possible on all my social media channels so I'd love to hear what you all have to say and maybe would like to see more/less of on my page(s)
Thanks for reading now I hope you go check out some more videos and come along on the foodie adventure with me :)

Rome Today: Castelli Romani DOC white wines
(RT) -- December 31, 2010
Located just a short drive southeast of Rome -- lies the region of Castelli Romani or Roman Castles -- an area made up of 17 towns that are scattered along the Alban Hills and historically known as the weekend getaway spot for the rich and famous.
From Roman emperors such as Nero and Titus to noblemen. To wealthy Roman families such as the Orsini and Chigi family. To the Pope whose summer residence in Castel Gondolfo overlooks Lake Albano.
This charmed area has seen it all... and continues to be enjoyed as a refuge for those wanting to escape the Capitol and surround themselves with what remains from ancient history.
Such as villas, grand palaces, gardens, ancient ruins including the world-renowned Tusculum Villas.
But the most important stop is the hillside town of Frascati that has lent its name to a wide selection of Frascati DOC white wines that can be enjoyed in a timeless environment.
To tell us more about the region and the health benefits of its delicate white wine is Roberto Rotelli from the Casale Mattia winery....
