It's up!! It's been a week since the end of summer (and consequently, the start of school) and I'm already waiting for our next holiday. After a hectic first week back, I decided to finally upload my first full-length travel video!!
Obviously, this is my first video and there is a lot I can improve on, but I AM working on it, so while (helpful) critique is welcome - please try not to be too critical :-))
Aside from the problem of the video (which was filmed in 1080p60) having only been able to upload in 720p60 rather than 1080p60, I'm happy with the way the vid turned out, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!!

Day 25 6-24-16 We arrive in the little town of Vulcan, Alberta, which is set up to look like Star Trek. Unfortunately, we arrive about 6 PM so most things were closed.
We took pictures of the things outside and then went on to Okotoks to camp for the night.

In today’s travel vlog, we took many modes of transportation to get from Muscat, Oman to Dubai, UAE. We crossed the border by bus, and the day went very smoothly… Except for one little event on the U.A.E. border which consisted of Kara having tea alone in the government building while the entire bus waited on her….

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

False Creek is a short inlet in the heart of Vancouver. It separates downtown from the rest of the city.
False Creek is a very popular boating area for many different activities including dragon boating, canoeing, kayaking, public ferries, charter ships, and visiting pleasure boats. It has 10 marinas with berths for 1500 watercraft and several paddling clubs or boat rental facilities.
