5. Sidi Bou Said
Sidi Bou Said is a town in northern Tunisia located about 20 km from the capital, Tunis.
The town itself is a tourist attraction and is known for its extensive use of blue and white.
4. Amphitheatre of El Jem
It is an oval amphitheatre in the city of El Djem, Tunisia. It is listed by UNESCO since 1979 as a World Heritage Site.
It was built around 238 AD, when the modern Tunisia belonged to the Roman province of Africa, in the city of Thysdrus.
3. Bourguiba Mousoleum
The Bourguiba mausoleum is a monumental grave in Monastir, containing the remains of former president Habib Bourguiba.
The mausoleum was built while Bourguiba was still alive, in 1963, in the modern Arab-Muslim style.
2. Dougga
Dougga is a Romano-Berber city in northern Tunisia, included in a 65 hectare archaeological site.
UNESCO qualified Dougga as a World Heritage Site in 1997.

It is one of the most important mosques in Tunisia, situated in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Kairouan.
It is one of the oldest places of worship in the Islamic world, as well as a model for all later mosques in the Maghreb.

I was on a short winter holiday in Tunisia and visited three places with unique attractions to explore. Firstly, I was surprised over how grand the Ribat of Monastir was, then how busy it was in the Medina of Sousse and finally how similar the Amphitheatre in El Jem was to the Colosseum in Rome (but without the crowd!). But what made me so happy during this trip was how happy and friendly the Tunisian people was and they all wanted to help and show me their beautiful country.

J'explore Sidi Bou Said, le plus beau village de Tunis. Ça ressemble beaucoup au décors des îles Grecs (Santorini). Ensuite, je me dirige à Carthage et Tunis centre. + Abonne-toi en cliquant ici :
ÉPISODE # 08 - Je visite Sidi Bou Said, en Tunisie, afin de profiter de la belle journée ensoleillée. Je commence la journée au boulot puis je pars vers l'endroit le plus joli de Tunis.
Je découvre la merveilleuse ville et je me dirige ensuite vers Carthage, à quelques minutes de Sidi Bou Said. Carthage est l'endroit pour visiter les vestiges de l'empire Romain. Durant la visite, je découvre un Acropole où je fais quelques acrobaties
