VIDEO DESCRIPTION: A documentary about the making of the woven wool rugs from Teotitlan del Valle, a small town in the central valleys of the state of Oaxaca in México.
These crafts are adorned with traditional Zapotec motifs and dyed using natural ingredients such as the Cochineal insect, Anil plant and Cempasuchil flowers.

Après la Colombie-Britannique, notre prochaine destination sur notre liste est le Pérou! De plus, Nadia, notre merveilleuse amie, s'est jointe à nous dans notre tour du sud du Pérou. Après un voyage par avion interminable avec 3 transferts, nous étions certes excités mais aussi très fatigués.
Notre premier objectif fut donc de trouver le Marché Central de San Pedro dans le but d'y acheter nos premières provisions pour nos premiers jours à Cusco. Directement en arrivant, nous étions surpris de la quantité incroyable de variétés de patates et de fruits au Pérou.
Par la suite, nous avons visité l'ancienne capitale des Incas en allant à la ''Plaza de Armas'', la place principale. On nous a aussi recommandé d'essayer une bière spéciale faite à Cusco, la Cusqueña.
