The island of Corfu can be reached either by airplane or via the port of Igoumenitsa in Mainland Greece. (Approx. 2 hours by ship). Return ticket of one person including one car costs: € 70 (2015 prices)
Corfu boasts 3 Palaces: 1) Mon Repos Palace , 2) Saint Michael & George Palace (Functions as an Asian Art museum and a Painting Gallery), 3) Sissi's Palace or Achillion.

My Corfu Trail
A short explanation of the guided walks we offer.
Script:
The magnificent Corfu Trail is about 220 km long and can be walked in 10 days. It stretches from Kavos in the South to Agios in the North.
We can organise your guided walk in several ways. We can either do the whole ten day walk, the gentler Southern half in 5 days, or the Northern trail in 5 days.
Or you can just pick the walks that you would most like to do. For example you might want to do Walk 4 from Paramonas to Stavros, Walk 10 from Kaminaki to Agios Spiriodon, then Walk 1 from Kavos to Lefkimmi. It’s up to you.

If you choose to stay with us at The Olive Press at Stavros, for bed and breakfast, we can also help you with self-guided tours. Hilary Paipeti’s excellent ‘Companion Guide to The Corfu Trail’ will show you the way, and we will get you to the start points and collect you from the end points of your walking day.
