Batong Malunhaw Beach Resort (“green stone” in Cebuano language) is a local government operated resort in Sangi, Alegria in Cebu Province.
The beach front of this facility is a marine sanctuary and under the protection of the LGU (Local Government Unit) and DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources).
Batong Malunhaw Resort is just 15 minutes from the famous Kawasan Falls located in the neighboring Badian Town. You can dip in the water or climb up until the third level of this falls!

This was our first day in Siargao, we rented a scooter as usual and rode all the way to the north of the island to the best beach called Alegria Beach. Siargao has some mind blowing nature and is probably the nicest island that we have visited so far. The beach was also incredibly beautiful. Definitely a must visit if you are in the Philippines!
