Ballygawley or Ballygawly is a Village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is about 13 miles southwest of Dungannon, near the meeting of the A5 Omagh–Monaghan and A4 Dungannon–Enniskillen roads.

1. Ulster American Folk Park Omagh
Ulster is a province in the north of the island of Ireland. It is made up of nine counties, six of which are in Northern Ireland and three of which are in the Republic of Ireland. It is the second largest and second most populous of Ireland's four provinces, with Belfast being its biggest city. Unlike the other provinces, Ulster has a high percentage of Protestants, making up almost half of its population. English is the main language and Ulster English the main dialect. A minority also speak Irish, and there is a Gaeltacht in the west. Lough Neagh, in the east, is the largest lake in the British Isles, while Lough Erne in the west is one of its largest lake networks. Ballygally Castle Ghost, Is this the ghost of Madame Nixon?

This video was taken in Ballygally castle Co.Antrim. You can see a part apparition moving slowly through the wall.

This huge castle was built in 1625 in the Northern part of Ireland. The most active ghost in residence is said to be one of the former lady's of the house. It is said that Isobel Shaw wife of the lord of the castle kept her locked in her room. He also was said to be slowing starving her until she finally leapt from one of the windows.

Built in 1625, Ballygally Castle is one of the most haunted places in Northern Ireland. Overlooking the sea at the head of Ballygally Bay, it has been said that sometimes this hotel can have more ghosts than guests.

But the most active ghost is the playful former resident, Lady Isobel Shaw, who amuses herself by knocking at the doors of different rooms and then suddenly disappearing. When she was alive, Isobel was locked in her room and starved by her husband. She lept to her death from a window.
Madame Nixon is another ghost who lived in the hotel in the nineteenth century. She can be heard walking around the hotel in her silk dress.
