Baturraden tourism area, Banyumas, Central Java, entered the top 10 nominations for the 2019 Award in the most popular highland award category.
Head of Banyumas Regency's Department of Youth Sports and Culture, Asis Kusumandani said, the tourist area of ​​Baturraden represented Central Java Province to be the best in the event.
This is an achievement in itself, the tourist area of ​​Baturraden is in the top 10 in the highland category. In Central Java only Baturraden (which is in the top 10), Asis said when contacted by Kompas.com, Tuesday (06/18/2019).
Asis said, the entry of Baturraden in the event nomination held by the Ministry of Tourism, is expected to further popularize the tourist area located on the southern slope of Mount Slamet.
Asis asked for public support, especially in Central Java so that Baturraden became the most popular tourist area in Indonesia. According to him, the Baturraden area will compete with nine other tourist areas from various regions in Indonesia. As is known, since the 1980s the Baturraden area is known as one of the tourist objects that has beautiful nature. Around the area also grew a number of tourist villages. Minat Kuliah di Jogja Makin Meningkat.
Minat pelajar untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi tahun ini menunjukkan peningkatan. Berdasarkan catatan Panitia Seleksi Bersama Perguruan Tinggi Negeri , secara nasional tahun ini jumlah peserta meningkat sekitar 5 persen. Namun, khusus wilayah DIY, jumlah peserta seleksi justru lebih tinggi di atas angka rata-rata tersebut.
Menurut Kemristekdikti, ada beberapafaktor yang membuat banyak pelajar berminat untuk kuliah di Yogyakarta . Selain biaya hidup yang murah dan kondisi social politik di Jogja yang relative tenang dianggap sangat mendukung untuk belajar .
Sementara itu, hasil catatan Panitia Lokal SBMPTN Wilayah Yogyakarta peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa tersebar secara merata di UNY, UPN Yogya, UIN Suka, dan juga ISI Yogya . di atas 10 persen. Sedangkan untuk UGM, jumlah calon mahasiswa tahun ini meningkat drastis dibanding tahun 2017. Pada tahun lalu jumlah peserta SBMPTN dari seluruh Indonesia yang memilih Perguruan Tinggi UGM sebanyak 79.947 , sedangkan tahun 2018 ini meningkat menjadi 87.439 pemilih. Sedangkan peserta yang memilih UNY tahun lalu sebesar 57.571 orang, sedangkan tahun ini meningkat menjadi 63.615 orang.
Khusus untuk wilayah Yogyakarta, tahun ini SBMPTN diikuti oleh 43824 orang, yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer dan Ujian Tulis Berbabis Cetak. Dari jumlah tersebut terdapat juga peserta berkebutuhan khusus sebanyak 24 orang .
Dari hasil pemantauan Panitia Penyelenggara, pelaksanaan seleksi SBMPTN tahun ini berlangsung lancer dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang direncanakan.
