NOTE: Ok the drinking water comes from the roof down spouts on the tool shed. The pipe in the river is for irrigation of the apple trees. The Owner states that in the 8 years he has owned the property the house has never had water to the foundation. There are two drive ways and the one to the north has a bridge over the creek and the south you drive through the creek.
