Comiendo Canelones Caseros + Historias de la Vida en Argentina
Para este video nos pusimos a cocinar unos ricos canelones caseros de dos maneras: canelones con salsa roja rellenos con espinaca, mozarella y chorizo, y canelones con salsa blanca rellenos con espinaca, ricotta y jamón. Mientras cocinabamos, compartimos una picada de focacha, jamón y queso, y probamos dos vinos nuevos: uno de Argentina y otro de Cerdeña/Sardegna en Italia. Y por último, para el postre, preparamos panqueques con dulce de leche, crema de chocolate y almendra, crema chantilly, fresas, y un ingredient secreto! Esperamos que disfruten este video de cocina y también las historias de mi padre, Daniel!

¡Hola todos! Gracias por mirar este video que es parte de nuestra serie Cocinando con Daniel, donde mi padre comparte historias y cocina comidas típicas de Argentina y otras partes de Latinoamérica.
Esta serie comenzó con la idea de filmar los asados argentinos que hacíamos aquí en casa durantes los fines de semana. Ricos asado con los clásicos como chorizo, bife de lomo, bife de chorizo, vacio, asado de tira, y entraña...en fin, un poco de todo! Y para acompañar siempre una picadita y unos buenos vinos argentinos.
De ahí empezamos a cocinar otras comidas argentinas como milanesas, pizzas, pastas, empanadas, puchero, locro y más. Estas son todas comidas argentinas que ustedes nos pidieron en los comentarios, así que se las preparamos con gusto!
Ahora estamos empezando a experimentar con platos de otros países de Latinoamérica. Ya hemos preparado unos platos peruanos, pero digannos que otros platos quieren ver. Sus sugerencias son bienvenidas.

For many migrants Italy was never their ultimate goal. In the third and final episode of Via Genua, we meet Driss, a Tunisian who wants to travel northwards hoping to find a country where he gets a fair chance. Driss left Tunisia with a friend on his fishing boat because the girl he loved and wanted to marry cancelled their wedding: her father had found a richer husband for her. Driss wore his wedding suit when he left: he wanted to make a beautiful entrance in Europe.
It is a crisis in Italy. Everyone feels that, Italian and non-Italian. Ilja learns from people in Via di Prè who came to live a long time ago in this economically dead city. What are you going to do? Should you stay, or should you leave?
Meanwhile, new refugees arrive in Genoa, and their families back in Africa are full of high expectations for them. Are they going to make it?

Brazilian BBQ and our wild camp | Lagoa da Fortaleza | Brazil
We really wanted to wild camp by the beach, but the sand dunes were too high to ride over with massive motorbike and all our heavy gear. We decided on a little spot beside a lagoon.
Before leaving we decided to take a little dip in the lake and some friendly Brazilians invited us to join them for their family BBQ.
We had lots of fun, dancing and laughs at our sad attempts to speak Portuguese...

A Bit About Us: Stefan (Dutch) and Marie (Filipino) met in Bangkok, Thailand about 7 years ago. They fell in love, opened a successful fitness business and got married all in the same year!
6 years, 1 cat and 2 thriving fitness studios later they decided to sell it all and follow their dream to travel around the world on their motorbike.
Their journey started on the 3rd of June 2017 from Den Haag, Netherlands and they have been on the road ever since. They might take a couple of stops to visit home (Den Haag) to cuddle their adorable cat, Nikita, and for important events like Christmas and such while they are Europe but 90% of the time they are traveling 300-800km a day to reach a new destination.
