Although Martil may simply seem like a boring overly touristic beach down at first, after spending a bit of time there, you will notice that as well as its perfect location on the northern moroccan, cabo negro coastline, it does have some interesting history and a charming little church and old town. When you come here in the off season, you avoid the hoards of tourists and can catch a glimpse at the persevering local life here in which everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I had a very interesting stay here and enjoyed this town and well as the magnificent region very much!
