Foini , is a village in the Troödos Mountains of Cyprus. The city is notable for its pottery. The town of Kato Plátres is located nearby. Nature: Many creeks originating from the Troodos peaks end up at the heart of the village. The village of Foini is located near the springs of river Diarizos; one of them is located in Foini and the other in the village of Kaminaria. The wild vegetation in Foini includes rich flora and characteristic kinds of Cypriot fauna. Coral Bay is a popular tourist resort in the Peyia municipality 6 km North of the city of Paphos. The coast to the north and to the south of Coral Bay is characterized by rocky headlands and sea caves, Coral Bay itself is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, enclosed by a pair of limestone headlands.Coral Bay beach carries an EU Blue Flag certification which means that it adheres to all standards, rules and regulations required by the relevant committee of the European Union. The broader area of Coral Bay encloses another beach called Potima Bay. It is situated about 1.5 km / 1 mile away bordering the boundaries of Kissonerga village.

The combination of the beauty of the area and its status in mythology as the birthplace of Aphrodite makes it a popular tourist location.The sea in this region is generally rough, persuading tourists not to swim there. It is not permitted to climb the rock. A restaurant, a tourist pavilion and the Aphrodite Hills resort are nearby.

The Aphrodite Trail is one of the most beautiful walks on Cyprus due to it's stunning views.

Moderate walk - circular trail, on paths - 7,5 to 8,0 km - 3,0 to 3,5 hours - ascents about 340m.

The trail starts in Baths of Aphrodite, an area in the Akamas (northwestern peninsula of Cyprus). It derived its name from a small grotto shaded by an old fig tree, in the waters of which, legend has it, the goddess Aphrodite used to bathe. According to mythology, this is where she met her lover Adonis.

Lania (officially spelled Laneia) is a village at the foot of Mount Troodos on the main Limassol to Troodos road, about 26 km from Limassol in the country of Cyprus. Lania is one of the country's main wine producing villages.
According to tradition, Lania got its name from Lana, daughter of the Greek god of wine and pleasure, Dionysos.

Points of interest: Traverses a scenic hillside. Runs along the banks of the stream ´Loumata ton aeton, through lush vegetation ending at Amiantos Park. The trail can become circular by following roads towards S.E.K. Trade Union summer camping site.
