    Prangin Mall is a shopping mall in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It is located at Prangin Road , next to Komtar Tower, and is linked to both Komtar and neighbouring 1st Avenue Mall via overhead skybridges. It was opened to the public in 2001 as Phase 3 of the Komtar project. The shopping mall faces competition from the newer 1st Avenue Mall, and today, Prangin Mall caters mainly to lower- and middle-income earners. Even so, Parkson, its main anchor tenant, has retained its outlet within the mall.The mall has a total of six floors, including a sub-basement level.

To date, the twin condominium towers, each measuring a height of 155 m , are the third tallest skyscrapers in Penang.The shopping mall's main anchor tenant is TGV Cinemas, which operates a multiplex at its top floor. The mall also contains over 200 outlets spread out over nine floors, including a number of international brands.

    1st Avenue Mall is a shopping mall in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It is located at Magazine Road, next to Komtar and Prangin Mall, and is linked to both buildings via overhead bridges. Initially planned as Phase 4 of the Komtar project, 1st Avenue Mall was eventually developed by a private developer and opened to the public in 2010. Upon its completion, it competes directly against the adjacent Prangin Mall and has since attracted a variety of well-known international fashion brands, including H&M, Skechers, Cotton On and Victoria's Secret.At present, the mall has two anchor tenants - Parkson and TGV Cinemas. The latter operates a cineplex at the top floor of the shopping mall, also dubbed as Cloud 8. 1st Avenue Mall has a total of seven retail floors, including a sub-basement level.
