Pocono Mountains
We visited Poconos on 20th Oct Weekend, which seems 2-3 weeks early. unfortunately we didn't see the fall colors at there. We have uploaded this video on Nov 9.
The Pocono Mountains area is very beautiful and has awesome greenery.

Pocono Mountains is the best place to visit during summer time also. We will definitely visit here again. This is quick 3 minutes video of our one day trip.
The Pocono Mountains, or Poconos, encompass forested peaks, lakes and valleys in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. On the eastern edge is the bird-rich Delaware Water Gap, with river beaches and recreation facilities. Trails and bridges connect the waterfalls at nearby Bushkill Falls. Resorts dot the area, many with ski runs and water parks. Boat launches offer access to fishing in Lake Wallenpaupack to the north.

11 Amazing Portraits of the Most Notorious Prostitutes and Madams of the 19th Century Wild West:
Prostitutes – or ‘soiled doves’ and ‘sportin’ women’ as they were commonly known -were a fixture in western American towns and cities in the 19th century.
Almost without exception, pioneer mining camps, boomtowns and whistles-stops became home to at least one or two hookers – if not a roaring red light district.
These fascinating images show some of the most famous scarlet women of the time, who would go on to become millionaires, national heroes and outlaws.
Prostitution contributed heavily to town economies in the way of business licenses, fees and fines. A number of red light districts evolved into the social centres of their communities. Although prostitution was largely illegal, brothels were no secret in the old west. Visitors could easily find disorderly houses by opening up the local or state-wide directories, such as the 1895 Travellers’ Guide of Colorado.

Civilian Conservation Corps
The Civilian Conservation Corps was a public work relief program that operated from 1933 to 1942 in the United States for unemployed, unmarried men from relief families as part of the New Deal. Originally for young men ages 18–23, it was eventually expanded to young men ages 17–28. Robert Fechner was the head of the agency. It was a major part of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal that provided unskilled manual labor jobs related to the conservation and development of natural resources in rural lands owned by federal, state and local governments. The CCC was designed to provide jobs for young men, to relieve families who had difficulty finding jobs during the Great Depression in the United States while at the same time implementing a general natural resource conservation program in every state and territory. Maximum enrollment at any one time was 300,000; in nine years 3 million young men participated in the CCC, which provided them with shelter, clothing, and food, together with a small wage of $30 a month.
The American public made the CCC the most popular of all the New Deal programs. Principal benefits of an individual's enrollment in the CCC included improved physical condition, heightened morale, and increased employability. Implicitly, the CCC also led to a greater public awareness and appreciation of the outdoors and the nation's natural resources; and the continued need for a carefully planned, comprehensive national program for the protection and development of natural resources.
