Helvoirt is a village and part of the municipality of Haaren, North Brabant, Netherlands. Helvoirt includes the former hamlet of Heikant. It was a separate municipality until 1996, when it became a part of Haaren.From 1871 to 1875 Theodorus van Gogh, father of the artist Vincent van Gogh, served as Reverend of the Dutch Reformed Church.

1. Keukenhof Lisse
Keukenhof , also known as the Garden of Europe, is one of the world's largest flower gardens, situated in Lisse, South Holland, Netherlands. According to the official website for the Keukenhof Park, approximately 7 million flower bulbs are planted annually in the park, which covers an area of 32 hectares .Keukenhof is located in South Holland, south of Haarlem and southwest of Amsterdam. It is accessible by bus from the train stations of Haarlem, Leiden and Schiphol. It is located in an area called the Dune and Bulb Region . Keukenhof is open annually from mid-March to mid-May. The best time to view the tulips is around mid-April, depending on the weather.

The entire country has house parties until midnight, then the houses empty and they flood the streets with $85 million USD worth of personal fireworks in an area 1/2 the size of NJ. Our entire street was exploding. Four different families were trying to out-do eachother. There were things flying everywhere, it was crazy. I got hit with strays at least 4 times.
