On the Road: Marshall
In this video, we take to the streets of Harrison County: Marshall, Texas itself. As you can see there are a lot of abandoned buildings that can be seen on 59. According to the internet, the city has been both a home and safe haven to many Patent Trolls than any other city and continues to increase. During spring a Mexican restaurant El Chico which has been around for many years was closed down without anyone telling the workers (the remains of the restaurant can be seen at 8:40 in the video). Also it is said that Marshall, Texas is where Boogie Woogie music originated.

The border btwn Oklahoma and Texas on I-40.
Very first rest area seen in the video and only one before Amarillo it's not a traditional Welcome Center where you can get tons of free maps, brochures and with employees ready to answer any question you might have.
The first and only Texas Welcome Center on I-40 is right outside Amarillo, Exit 76 on I-40, that's where you'll get free maps, brochures, free Wi-Fi, and two Texas State employees specially trained to answer all your questions.
Speed limit on I-40 from OK state line to NM state line is 75 mph except within Amarillo city limits where is lower, 60 or 65 mph.
Cannot recall any Texas State Trooper on the 75 mph section of I-40.
