King Abba Jifar's Palace Jimma, Ethiopia
Former King Abba Jifar's Palace doesn't look like a palace by any stretch of the imagination. A series of wooden buildings; some reconstructed while others are in shambles. It is still important to visit because of Abba Jifar's historical significance.
His realm was important since the trade route ran from Zanzibar, and through Gambela to Jimma. An extremely big man (his height is said to have been, 2 meters-10 centimeters/6 feet-8 inches), Abba Jifar had six wives (the last one died recently at age 113), and 14 children.

You can make plans together with the beautiful Ethiopian contractors , as to how you will make a smooth, beautiful runway. If your road has no major damages then it is all the more better. You can just pave it with asphalt. Poor quality roads require excavation and then the paving can be done using asphalt.
This no doubt takes times just like Addis Ababa roads and railway but even then the entire cost is less than using concrete paver. Besides the cost factor, another advantage is that the asphalt paving equipment on roads can withstand the tests of cold temperature, as a matter of fact Jimma weather is great.

presents Debere Markos is one of the oldest city in Ethiopia located 300 KM North West of Addis Abba. Debre Markos (Markos) has been the capital of Gojjam province or state and now it is the capital of East Gojjam. Debre Markos is best known for producing Teff, Corn, honey, butter, onion, potato, barley, Bean, peace, sheep, goat, chicken, charcoal, and other agricultural products which are the main source for the central and northern part of Ethiopia. Debere Markos is a central resting area for travelers from Addis Ababa to Bahir Dar or Gonder. Also Deber Markos is best known producing Ethiopian home made beer Tala, home made liquor Araque and the famous Honey Wine or Tej. The food and drink in Deber Markos is fresh and natural. It western world it is called Organic Food. Long time ago Markos is one of the cheapest place to live. But now because of whole sellers and merchants from big cities and neighboring countries and stats jacked the price too high. Locals are blaming the outsiders for making the city more expensive. About 90% Debre Markos residences are christians, the name Debre Markos derived from the biggest church in town called St Marcos or Debre Markos. The church believed to host more than 44 saints.
