Hegang City is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province and in the transition zone between Lesser Khingan Range and Sanjiang Plain. Also, Hegang City and Russian Judaic Autonomous Oblast are facing each other separated by Heilongjiang River. Yanjiang Park in Luobei port, Canaan Star City, and Heilongjiang Museum show historical and cultural features of China and Russia and witnessed the friendly exchanges and historical contacts among three major ethnic groups. Heilongjiang River, the boundary river between China and Russia, is one of the longest non-pollution boundary rivers, and it crosses Lesser Khingan Range. In addition, it is where the Siberian tiger entered China. Also, Hegang City got the title of “best landscape cultural tourist resort in China” and “the most promising tourist city in China”. There are several tourist attractions such as large rivers, huge forests, wetlands, agricultural resources, the three gorges in Longjiang River, ski resort in Fenghuang Mountain, Yulin Shooting Range, Ice Park in Lake Heli, and cross-border self-driving tour between Russia and China.

雞西位於黑龍江省東南部，面積2.25萬平方公里，人口184萬，有641公里中俄邊境線和兩個國家一類陸路口岸，是一座具有百年煤炭開採歷史的綜合性工業城市，也是中國石墨產業之都。

Jixi, located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province, with an area of 22,500 square kilometers and a population of 1,840,000. It covers 641-kilometer-long Sino-Russian border line and has one first-class land port between two countries. It is also a comprehensive industrial city with a 100-year history of coal mining and a city of graphite industry in China.
Jixi is a different “natural river”. There is the largest fresh water lake, Lake Xingkai, with a total area of 4,380 square kilometers, and the most perfect, complex, and well-preserved Treasure Island (Zhenbao Island). Jixi is a different “cultural river”. It is the birthplace of ancestors of Manchu, the end of World War II, the place where the Republic of the Great Northern Wilderness air force grow, the birthplace of the wilderness spirit, the birthplace of the spirit of Treasure Island, and the place where gathers the history of coal mining for a hundred years.
In recent years, Jixi City vigorously implements the “travel and business” strategy, build “ecotourism, red tourism, and border tourism” three special tourism products. We welcome the tourists all around the world to enjoy and experience “the mistery Usurri River, Lake Xingkai, and a different beautiful Jixi”.

3、Travel to China: World Ice City Harbin, lamenting China's beautiful 英语中字
Harbin (Manchu: Harbin-manchu.png, Mu Linde: Harbin, Taiqing: Harbin), referred to as Harbin, alias Ice City, Oriental Moscow, Oriental Little Paris, located in the north of China's northeast plain, is Heilongjiang Province of the People's Republic of China The provincial capital [5] [6] [7], an important regional central city in the Northeast [6].
Harbin is an industrial center in China in the 20th century. It is the political, economic, cultural and transportation center in the northeastern part of the country. It is also the largest city in China's capital city with the largest area and the second largest registered population in the jurisdiction [8][7]. District, 2 cities, 7 counties, the city's total area of 53,068 square kilometers. The area under the jurisdiction of the city is 10,198 square kilometers [9], which is the fourth in the country after Chongqing, Beijing and Tianjin; the population of the city has a population of 5.537 million [10]. According to the data of the sixth national census in 2010, the resident population of Harbin was 10.63 million, ranking the eighth in the country [11].
Located in the southern part of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin is a mid-temperate continental monsoon climate. It is long and cold in winter and short in summer. It is an ice and snow tourism and summer resort. It is famous for its annual international ice festival and rich European style. It is also the first batch of outstanding in China. One of the tourist cities [12], a famous historical and cultural city in China [13].
Due to its geographical location, Harbin is deeply influenced by Russia in modern times. In 1912, there were 43091 Russian expatriates in Harbin, accounting for 73.7% of Harbin's population [14]. So far, Harbin's urban architectural style has many Russian and European architectures all over the city. It is one of the earliest international cities in China in the 1920s [15]. Today, Harbin still occupies an important position in international trade [16], and is the permanent permanent host city of the China-Russia Expo [17]. Known as the pearl of the Eurasian Continental Bridge, Harbin is an important hub for the Eurasian First Continental Bridge and the Air Corridor [7]. According to the State Council's 2013 approval of the Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia Northeastern Region Development and Opening Planning [18], Harbin City develops an open channel center along the border, a regional central city in Northeast Asia [19], and is also the core city of the Hachang urban agglomeration. On June 22, 2010, Harbin was awarded the “City of Music” by UNESCO [20].

Heilongjiang (Chinese: 黑龙江; pinyin: About this sound Hēilóngjiāng, Wade-Giles: Hei-lung-kiang) is a province of the People's Republic of China. Located in the northeastern part of the country, Heilongjiang is bordered by Jilin to the south and Inner Mongolia to the west.
It also shares a border with Russia to the north and east. The capital and the largest city of the province is Harbin. Among Chinese provincial-level administrative divisions, Heilongjiang is the sixth-largest by total area and the 15th-most populous.

《锦绣中国》黑龙江·雾凇(1) 1223 | Fantastic China, Rime in Heilongjiang Province Ep. 11 HD
雾凇，北方人又称“树挂”，是大自然的精美杰作，它玉树琼花，冰清玉洁，宛若晶莹剔透的水晶森林，常常作为美好与圣洁的象征。由于纬度高、气候寒冷等地理气象条件，雾凇景观在黑龙江省并不鲜见，从北端的大兴安岭，到南端的哈尔滨市，到处都有它的身影。较著名的有库尔滨雾凇、南瓮河雾凇、莲花湖雾凇、镜泊湖雾凇等等，在全省分布广泛，数量众多。库尔滨雾凇位于黑河市与伊春市交界地带，是小兴安岭的一处奇景，有长达4个月的观景期。库尔滨雾凇人称“寒江雪柳”。每当严冬来临繁花落尽，雕饰尽去之时，库尔滨水库隆隆排出发电后的尾水，在库尔滨河河谷便形成了一片片玉树琼枝的壮美景色。
Rime, northerners called it “shu gua”, means icicles on the tree. As clean as ice and as pure as jade, it is an exquisite masterpiece of nature and like a sparkling crystal forest, often regarded as a symbol of beauty and holiness. Because of high altitude and cold weather, rime is not rare in Heilongjiang Province, and it is everywhere from Greater Khingan Range in the north to Harbin City in the south. There are several famous ones such as Kurbin rime, Nanwenghe rime, Lotus Lake rime, and Jingpo Lake rime. Kurbin rime, located at the border of Heihe City and Yichun City, is one of the wonderful views in the Lesser Khingan Range which has a four-month viewing period. Also, Kurbin rime is known as “hanjiangxueliu”, means the snowy willow beside the cold river. When winter comes and flowers fall, Kurbin reservoir discharges tail water after generating electricity and helps form the beautiful view of rime.
