It is located in the nice pine woods with smaller lake and river Sava Dolinka with breath taking view over the Julian Alps and Caravanken. It is located only 3km from the highway Jesenice -- Ljubljana, along the road towards Bled.

It is located in the nice pine woods with smaller lake and river Sava Dolinka with breath taking view over the Julian Alps and Caravanken. It is located only 3km from the highway Jesenice – Ljubljana, along the road towards Bled.
Camping Sobec have been selected as 3rd best large campsite of Slovenia.
It is 15 hectares big and encompasses 450 quality pitches, all having the access to the electricity, some also have water. You can also decide to stay in one of the ten bungalows.
Campsite Sobec has three sanitary blocks, among which one is heated and is equipped also with table for changing the baby and bathroom for disabled. Laundry with seven washing machines and two drying machines, supplying place for cars and trailers, sweet shop, restaurant and shop are enabling pleasant stay in the camp.
Sport terrains and buildings in the camp, nearby environment and unharmed nature are offering you the numerous options for active holidays during the day, in the evening the camp staff will take care for the animation of the guests. Without any doubt you have to refresh in the Šobec lake and river Sava, where you can learn to paddle the kayak, canoe or boat. They have not forgotten even the youngest for who they prepared interesting, mostly wooden, playground.

Gone Camping besöker Slovenien – både högt och lågt. Vi får hänga med ner i de häpnadsväckande Škocjangrottorna och upp på mountainbike-äventyr, downhill i Ingemar Stenmarks favoritbackar i Kranjska Gora. Under vistelsen i Slovenien bor vi dels på en strandcamping vid Adriatiska havet, Kamp Adria, dels på Camping Bled. På den senare lagas det en karljohanssvampsrisotto – bl.a. på vin från den lokala vingården Cotar, där vi också gjort ett besök under programmet.

Mooie vakantie plaatsen in Slovenie zijn: Ljubljana, Bohinjska Bela, Kranjska Gora, Zelenci, the Vrsic Pas, Bovec, Soca River, Ljubljana (Laibach), Postojna (Caves).
In 2017 brachten wij (mijn vrouw, dochter en ik) onze zomervakantie door in Slovenie door een mooie rondreis te maken met de auto. Slovenie heeft het (bijna) allemaal qua natuur: bergen, rivieren, meren, grotten, watervallen, leuke steden en rustige plekjes. Met name actievelingen kunnen het hele jaar door kiezen tussen een breed aanbod aan buitensportactiviteiten. Denk dan aan: Kanoën, Kajakken, fietsen, wandelen, klimmen, MTB, skiën, snowboarden, vliegvissen, raften en meer.
In dit filmpje heb ik de (voor mij) top 5 genoemd van leukste/mooiste plekken om te bezoeken. Ik ben hierbij met name uitgegaan van de steden in het Noorden.
Mocht je er over nadenken om Slovenie te bezoeken dan hoop ik dat je wat hebt aan deze tips. Wat mij betreft is Slovenie zeker een aanrader.

다음 날, 이른 아침부터 짐을 꾸려 찾아간 곳은 오스트리아와 이탈리아 그리고 슬로베니아, 3국의 국경지대 크란스카고라다. 이곳 역시 율리안알프스 산맥에 속하기 때문에 장엄한 자연 경관을 지니고 있다. “슬로베니아 사람들이 인생에서 꼭 한번 올라간다는 산이 어디에요?” “제일 높은 트리글라우 산 입니다” 슬로베니아의 명산 트리글라우를 이웃하고 있는 크란스카고라. 트리글라우 산과 율리안알프스 산맥의 모습을 한 번에 보기 위해 이 트래킹 코스를 선택했다. 크란스카고라로 향하는 길 아래, 사바돌린카 강이 흐른다. 이곳에서도 어김없이 낚시꾼들을 만날 수 있다. 유럽에서 가장 아름다운 빙하 계곡 중 하나인 이곳, 계곡을 따라 흐르는 빙하수가 굽이굽이 길을 내어 사바돌린카 강줄기를 만들어냈다. 청정한 물빛에 또 다시 발걸음을 멈췄다. 블레드 호수와는 달리 이곳에선 플라잉피쉬가 한창이다. “송어예요” “무지개 빛깔이네요” “네! 무지개 송어예요” 강 상류나 산 속 호수 등, 낮은 온도의 물에서만 산다는 무지개 송어. 사바돌린카 강은 차고 빠른 물살로 강태공들의 또 다른, 도전욕구를 불러일으키는 곳이다. 다시 길을 따라 크란스카고라를 걸었다. 이곳이 차로 오를 수 있는 마지막 구간이다. 1,611m부턴 걷는 것 외엔 정상으로 향하는 다른 방도가 없다. 여행자들은 대부분 이곳에서 트래킹을 시작한다. 슬레메 정상까지 높이 차는 약 300미터에 불과하지만 오르는 데만 꼬박 2시간 30분이 걸린다. 빙하가 깎인 지형이라 경사도 만만치 않다. “안녕하세요~” “한국사람이시군요! 멋지네요” “정상은 어때요?” “정말 아름답습니다. 제대로 즐기실 수 있을 거예요. 그런데 서두르지는 마시고 천천히 올라가셔야 해요” “연세가 어떻게 되세요?” “73살이요. 제 동행들은 70살이고요. 트리글라우 정상에 올라가려면 처음부터 너무 많이 걸으면 안 돼요. 한 번, 두 번 와보면서 조금씩 트레이닝 해야 돼요” 율리안 알프스의 고봉들을 한번이라도 등반하지 않은 사람은 진정한 슬로베니아인이 아니라고 생각하는 이곳 사람들. 이 산을 오를수록 그 자부심이 몸소 느껴진다. 이 길엔 과거, 만년설과 함께 쓸려 내려온 자갈이 많아 미끄러지지 않도록 조심스레 올라가야한다. 앞서 가던 가이드가 잠시 멈춰섰다. 고산에서 구름을 벗 삼아 피고 진다는 희귀 꽃을 발견해 소개시켜 준다. 고귀한 알프스의 꽃, 에델바이스도 보인다. 길은 점점 더 험해지고 길 옆 낭떠러지는 고개를 돌려 내려다보기가 아찔할 정도로 가파르다. 조심스런 발걸음 끝에 드디어 슬레메 뷰포인트에 도착했다. “율리안알프스에 오신 것을 환영합니다” “트리글라우는 어디죠?” “저기에요. 보이세요? 정말 멋지죠” 슬로베니아의 지붕이자 알프스 산맥의 끝을 알리는 산, 트리글라우의 위엄이 바로 눈앞에 우뚝 솟아 있다. 해발 2,864m의 정상은 구름도 피해간다. 발아래에 트리글라우 국립공원이 펼쳐져 있다. 진정한 율리안 알프스를 한 눈에 볼 수 있다. “정말 아름다워요. 슬로베니아에 처음 왔는데 이제야 실감이 나네요” “정말 높네요. 공기가 상쾌해요. 슬로베니아 사람들은 산에 모든 걱정과 스트레스를 내려놓고 온다고 믿어요” 이 경관 앞에서 걱정과 스트레스는 이미 잊은 지 오래다.

We crossed borders from Italy into Slovenia early November to visit the beautiful Triglav National Park area. We stayed just outside Bled in Lesce at the A1 Adventure Hostel (which had great friendly staff that were more than happy to help us organize or get information on anything in the area), exploring the beautiful town on bled, and both the Predjama Castle and the Postojna caves (both definitely worth going to). Next up we move our accommodation to the town of Bohinj and explore amazing hiking trail, gorges and go skiing at the Vogel Ski Center on Opening day!
