Losenstein is a small village in the south of Upper Austria, Austria. About 1,700 inhabitants call Losenstein their home. It lies in the southernmost quarter of Upper Austria called Traunviertel. Its spatial dimension from North to South is 8,1 km, from West to East 4,5 km. 45,9% of its area are covered by forests, another 39,7% are used for agricultural purposes. The closest city of administrative importance is Steyr, which is 20 km to North. It can be accessed via the B-109 Eisenbundesstrasse or by train. The Mauthausen–Gusen concentration camp complex consisted of the Mauthausen concentration camp on a hill above the market town of Mauthausen plus a group of nearly 100 further subcamps located throughout Austria and southern Germany. The three Gusen concentration camps in and around the village of St Georgen/Gusen, just a few kilometres from Mauthausen, held a significant proportion of prisoners within the camp complex, at times exceeding the number of prisoners at the Mauthausen main camp. The Mauthausen main camp operated from the time of the Anschluss, when Austria was annexed into the German Third Reich in 8 August 1938, to 5 May 1945, at the end of the Second World War. Pinnacles National Park Time Lapse in 4K

We've been going back through projects that we filmed ages ago, and are actually editing and releasing them! There are plenty more to come from 2015 and 2016!

This video is our timelapse film of Pinnacles National Park that we filmed back in April of 2016! We spent a little over a week in the park. We camped, hiked the trails, climbed through talus caves, and saw some beautiful sights.

Pinnacles National Park is a fascinating place. It looks out of place with the surrounding topography: The rocks jut out from the otherwise rolling green hills of the Salinas Valley area in California. The park is a release site for reintroducing the California Condor out of captivity and back into the wild, and we were able to see the condors several times while there.

One thing that I really tried to push while filming this was to capture the actual on-site natural sound. I had a stereo audio recorder with me, and at each location that I filmed a timelapse I would also record about 30 seconds of audio.
