Lumnezia is a valley region and a municipality in the Surselva Region in the Swiss of canton of Graubünden. The former municipalities of Cumbel, Degen, Lumbrein, Morissen, Suraua, Vignogn, Vella, and Vrin merged on 1 January 2013 into the new municipality of Lumnezia. It covers the Lumnezia, a Swiss high alpine valley. Its upper regions are among the most remote areas in the Swiss Alps. The official language is Romansh Sursilvan. In 1998, the village of Vrin was awarded the Wakker Prize for the preservation of its architectural heritage.

Flims is a municipality in the Imboden Region in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The town of Flims is dominated by the Flimserstein which one can see from almost anywhere in the area. Flims consists of the village of Flims and the hamlets of Fidaz and Scheia as well as Flims-Waldhaus, the initial birthplace of tourism in Flims, where most of the hotels were built before and after around 1900.

3. Reichenbach Falls Meiringen
The Reichenbach Falls are a waterfall cascade of seven steps on the creek called Rychenbach in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland. They drop over a total change of altitude of about 250 metres . At 110 metres , of which the Grand Reichenbach Fall , the upper one, is by far the largest one and one of the higher waterfalls in the Alps and among the forty highest in Switzerland. The Rychenbach loses 290 metres of height from the top of the falls to the valley floor of the Haslital. Mr Catullus leaves Vals, Switzerland, after a nice holiday.

I, Mr Catullus, recently made a visit to Vals, Switzerland. I saw the Valser Valley and the sites of Vals village, a typical Alps mountain village situated about 1250m above sea level.

The ride back to the UK on a Yamaha FZ8 Fazer 8 took me along the Furkapass and the Grimselpass.

The walk in the mountains was filmed on a Lumix GX7 with the Lumix 12-35mm f2.8 lens. The animals were filmed on a Galaxy S4 and the motorcycle journey was filmed with a Sony Actioncam AS-15.
