Destination 2017: Ratzeburg
The town of Ratzeburg lies on an island in a lake in the far north of Germany. It has a stupidly complicated history, some tenuous connections with the British royal family and is a great venue for the bluffer's guide to architectural styles.

Eine sehr schöne Rundtour, die von jedem der beschriebenen Orte aus gestartet werden kann. Genauso ist es natürlich auch möglich die Stadt jeweils einzeln oder 2 hiervon zu besuchen. Alles ist machbar und möglich. Bei dieser Beschreibung ist der Beginn und das Ende in der Landeshauptstadt Kiel des schönen Schleswig-Holsteins. Gefahren wird meistens auf sehr schönen Landesstraßen, denn Sie möchten das Land kennenlernen, aber es sind auch Bundesstraßen und Kreisstraßen mit dabei. Es gibt viel zu sehen, denn Schleswig-Holstein hat einiges zu bieten und von daher ist genügend Zeit einzuplanen. Diese Rund ist 540 km lang.
A very nice round trip, which can be started from any of the places described. Of course it is also possible to visit the city one by one or two of them. Everything is possible and possible. The Rosarium Uetersen is a rose garden located in the city of Uetersen, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
The Rosarium is the oldest and largest rose garden in Northern Germany.
Established in 1929 and originally designed by landscaping architect Berthold Thormählen, Mathias Tantau and Wilhelm Kordes, the rosarium covers at present over seven hectares more than 35,000 roses and 1020 various rose varieties in all gradations of color and aroma nuances presented.
Situated next to the town hall, next to a pond, enjoying the park not only his day guests with this fragrance and bloom that is aesthetically and economically equal estimable .

Sehr schöner waldiger Weg im hinterem Seebereich, der an 2-3 Stellen einen schönen Blick auf den See gewährt. Am Campingplatz hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Gewässer von der Seeterasse (Restaurant) aus. Hier gibt es sehr gut zubereitete Speisen und eine überaus freundliche Bedienung. Sehenswert ist auch die Feldsteinkirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert.
Abandoned Medieval Castle with all belongings left behind! / Lost Abandoned Places Europe
A truly amazing castle we visited here. The Place was abandoned after an earthquake heavily damaged the building because a part of the Tower fell through the roof. Due to this desaster nothing was really taken out of the home and everything is still left behind as it was, not untouched though as it seems that thieves have gone through a lot of the belongings looking for valuables. The oldest parts of the castle were built in the 1300s but it was changed and added to until the 19th century.
